I still remember the day everyone laughed at me. One little bump on the head, a piece of sky that wasn’t there when I looked—it all turned me into a joke. A year later, I finally made it to the baseball team, and in the final inning, I scored the winning run. For one perfect moment, I was a hero.

Then it happened again.

That same piece of sky—the hexagonal panel—fell right on my head. This time, I didn’t run. I called Abby, Runt, and Fish. We found out it wasn’t the sky at all. It was a part of something bigger. Something invisible.

When Fish pressed the button, the panel flew up—and took him with it. We saw the ship, the aliens, the truth. I rang the bell, just like before. But no one believed me.

Now the sky is falling. Ships are descending. People are vanishing. And I’m the only one who knows why.

Do I run? Do I fight? Or do I finally make them listen?
