The Art Of Revenge

"Be my contract Luna. I will punish your good-for-nothing husband and his mistress. After I get what I want, I will set you free," The cursed alpha offered. Months later, however, Kate found herself in the cursed alpha's bed. He smirked and said, "Luna Kate, you just broke our contract." Kate bit her lip and answered, "Oops."

The ink on the contract was still wet when I felt the first pull of the curse in my veins. Kael watched me, golden-eyed and dangerous, as I signed my name in blood. "You want your husband ruined?" he asked. "Then let me be your weapon." I didn’t flinch. I wanted him destroyed—for the lies, the bruises, the way he looked at her like I was already dead.

Months later, I stand in Kael’s bedroom, silk clinging to my skin, his mark burning hot on my collarbone. He leans against the doorframe, shirtless, smirking. "Luna Kate," he says, voice like smoke, "you just broke our contract."

I bite my lip, pulse roaring. "Oops."

He steps closer, the air thick with magic and menace. "There’s no undoing this. You’re mine now—unless you want us both to burn."
