The afternoon sunlight streamed through the window, painting Sunghoon's room in a warm glow. He grabbed his car keys, a familiar weight in his hand, and trotted out. Downstairs, his parents were in the living room, enjoying their Sunday.

"Where are you going?" his mother asked, a slight smile on her face.

"Practice for the band," Sunghoon replied casually, already heading for the door.

"Oh, sweetheart, I forgot to tell you, I asked you not to go out today." Her words halted him. He frowned, confused, just as the doorbell chimed. His mother, pursing her lips slightly, went to answer it. A beautiful girl with long, dark brown hair stood there. "Oh good evening, honey... I've been waiting for your arrival. Please, come in."

Mr. Park also rose, welcoming the girl. Sunghoon remained frozen, trying to place her face. His mother pulled his wrist, urging him forward. "Sunghoon-ah, don't you recognize her?" she prodded.

He studied the girl, a vague memory stirring. "Sunghoon, it's me, Jeena." She smiled, and it clicked. "Jeena?" he breathed, a name from a distant past.

She nodded. "Yeah, 10 years is a long time, so I'd understand if you forgot about me. That's okay."

"Ahh... yeah, I remember. You're growing up really well, Jee-Jee." The old nickname slipped out, feeling both familiar and strange.
