ANEMOIA // Ninjago x Reader Insert

The wind swept through the quaint Jamanakai Village, carrying with it an unusual calm that belied the scene unfolding. Y/n, shrouded in her dark cloak, observed from a hidden alley as villagers gathered, their laughter echoing around a single, chaotic spectacle.
A young boy, no older than ten, dangled precariously from a sign, his face smudged with candy. He shrieked, “You just made me your nemesis! Mark my words, you'll pay for this!” Four teenagers in brightly colored gis—red, blue, black, and white—stood below, mocking him. One, in blue, taunted, holding a fluffy cloud of cotton candy. “Mmm… cotton candy.”
Y/n had seen enough. This wasn't justice; it was ridicule. Swiftly, silently, she moved. A blur of dark fabric, she launched herself upwards, pulling the boy from his humiliating perch. He landed safely beside her, gripping her cloak, a wide-eyed grin replacing his earlier tears as he noticed the glint of metal—her baseball bat—hidden behind her back.
“Hey, what are you doing?! We just caught him! He was stealing!” the red-clad teenager snapped, bristling like a porcupine.
Her voice, quiet and husky from disuse, cut through the air. “You were ridiculing him. Don't do that to anyone. No matter the crime.”
“Ha! And who are you to tell us what to do?”
Her answer was simple, definitive. “Nobody.”
Without another word, Y/n grabbed the boy's hand and vanished into the labyrinthine alleys, leaving the baffled Ninja to grumble about their new, mysterious problem.
