Chapter 1 1. Let's Get a Divorce!

The Wood family was currently gathered together in their living room after the engagement ceremony between Shirley Wood, the youngest of the Wood family and Peter Green, the son of the gold mine owner at Carlo Hill. Cassandra Wood who was the older sister of Shirley, was sitting on the edge and didn't seem to like being there. Several times she saw her husband being a servant to her family. She was upset. Very upset. How could she not? Her husband had no authority whatsoever and was often the target of her family. She really wanted to see her husband fight back, at least once. But, in fact, until they had been married for almost three years, Bill was still the same. Still becoming a useless son-in-law to her family. "Hurry up and fill this glass, Bill!" Shirley ordered her brother-in-law. Bill calmly picked up the bottle of red wine and opened it quickly and refilled Shirley's glass. He then stood next to the old man who was Cassandra's grandfather, Christopher Wood who had a pointed face like a crow. Shirley smiled happily and sipped her wine slowly. "You see, don't you, dear? My brother-in-law is so kind to serve us all so well," she told Peter. Peter Green, the man who would soon marry Shirley, smiled with satisfaction, "That's right. You're very lucky, dear.""Of course. Our Bill has a true heart, he'll do whatever we tell him to do," George Wood said, Shirley's older brother who was also Bill's brother-in-law. Bill didn't respond at all and turned to his wife, "Cassie, do you want me to fill your glass again?""No, I don't," Cassandra replied curtly. "How about the dessert?" Bill asked. "No need," Cassandra replied and got up from her chair. "Grandpa, I'm sorry, I have to go to my room, I'm so tired," the beautiful woman with blonde hair argued. Not waiting for an answer, she left the living room. Bill quickly took off his apron and followed his wife. The woman did not go to their room, but she went to the rooftop. Cassandra knew her husband was following her, and pushed Bill away and hit him with her body. "Why, Bill? Why do you have to be such a coward? Don't you have any self-respect? Why don't you fight them?" She didn't stop hitting and Bill didn't seem to want to interfere with her venting her anger. Bill just waited until she got tired of hitting him. "What did I do wrong to marry a trash like you?" Cassandra shouted. Bill was silent. He thought answering his wife's words would only make her angrier. "Why do you want to be their servant, Bill? Tell me why!" Cassandra urged, unable to stand it. Bill couldn't possibly tell her the truth. It was still his big secret. "Tell me! Why don't you ever defend yourself? I'm sick of it, Bill. So sick of seeing weak men like you." The woman then began to cry in frustration. When Bill tried to touch her, Cassandra pulled away. "You can't even defend yourself, how can I possibly put up with you? Let's just get a divorce, Bill!" Bill froze in place as soon as he heard that. "Divorce?""Yes. Let's get divorced! I hate you.""Why we must get divorce?" Bill asked. "Why, you said? After all, we only got married because grandma asked us to, not because we liked each other." Cassandra turned around and looked the other way. Bill approached his wife and touched her arm but she still refused. "I know, but-""But what? Never mind, it's better if we go our separate ways. There's no point in being together," Cassandra said, still unwilling to look at her husband's face. "I can't." Cassandra laughed sarcastically, "Come on! Look at you! You're just a worker at a fruit stall in the market. What can I expect from you?" The woman sat down on a chair, staring ahead. Bill followed her and sat beside her even though he knew she didn't like it. "What's wrong with that, Cassie?" Cassandra really wanted to strangle her husband. "You know I work in an office, I'm a secretary in a big company. Don't you ever think about how embarrassed I am to have a husband who has such a lowly job?" Cassandra paused for a moment, before continuing, "You have no idea how they mock me. Loser husband, no self-respect, living hand to mouth. I'm the one who-""Cassie-""Don't interrupt me yet! Let me talk!" Cassandra pleaded and she was now back on her feet. The woman seemed ready to explode again, and Bill could see that very clearly. "Because of you, I'm underestimated, Bill. So, never mind, let's end it all. I can't take it anymore." Bill shook his head and gingerly touched his wife's hand. "No, I won't. I will never let you go." Cassandra clicked her tongue in exasperation, "If you won't do that, then I'll be the one to sue you in court.""Don't do that. Please, Cassie. Give me a chance to change!" Cassandra sighed tiredly. If only her husband had said that long ago, she would have immediately supported him. However, right now she was really very tired. Waiting for Bill to change for three years was not a short time. She had gone through so many trials and insults in her marriage with Bill, she didn't want to go through it again. For her, it was enough. "Your chance is gone," Cassandra said. Bill began to despair, "Give me a chance to change!" Cassandra was still silent, not even intending to reply. "Just one time," Bill said seriously. Thinking for a long time, Cassandra, who initially looked hesitant, finally replied, "Okay. One chance, if you don't change, I'll file for divorce." A smile appeared on Bill's lips. "Okay." He had been unable to apply for a good job because it meant he had to use his real identity. He couldn't do that because it would mean revealing his identity to the public. He couldn't do it yet, there was still one thing that made him have to hide his true identity. "That's it, dear. I'm coming down." Cassandra groaned in annoyance again but was too lazy to say anything so she just kept quiet as she watched her husband leave the rooftop. When Bill returned to the living room, his grandfather-in-law was already glaring at him. "Where have you been? The guest glass is empty.""Talking to Cassie for a while, Gramps.""Hurry up and fill Peter's glass!" Bill sighed, trying to restrain himself and quickly picked up the wine bottle and poured the drink into Peter's empty glass. Peter smiled mockingly. "Come here for a moment, future brother-in-law!" Peter said, asking Bill to come closer. The man was actually reluctant to respond but he also wanted to know what Peter wanted so he bowed slightly. "Your wife is very beautiful, can I approach her?" Peter whispered in a low voice. Bill instantly stiffened. "How dare you!" Bill shouted.

Chapter 2 2. Being Forced

It was clearly seen that Bill was very angry. A shocked Christopher immediately asked, "Why are you yelling at Peter, Bill?" Bill pointed at Peter with his index finger with uncontrollable anger. "He's-""What are you doing? Why are you pointing at Peter like that?" Shirley said, already approaching her future husband, visibly annoyed by her brother-in-law's behavior. "He said he wanted to get close to Cassandra," Bill said with an angry growl. Shirley was wide-eyed and immediately raised her hand, intending to slap Bill. But swiftly, Bill managed to brush it off. "How dare you make such a dirty accusation. He's not as low as you are, Bill!" Shirley said with great annoyance. "He said it himself. He-""Enough, Bill!" Christopher shouted, looking furious. Bill let out a long breath. His chest was heaving, indicating he was furious. Peter said, "What do you mean by that? I'm just saying your wife is beautiful. Is that wrong?" He turned to Chistopher, "Mr. Wood, I was just being polite, complimenting a future sister-in-law isn't a problem?" Bill widened his eyes and thought that the man was really good at talking. He easily understood that he wouldn't be able to beat him if he didn't have proof. "Never mind, Peter. Don't mind what Bill said. He must just be jealous of you and slandering you," Christopher said. Bill snorted. What fools, are you blind? It's obvious that Peter Green is not a good guy. How can you accept him? Bill wondered. "Now apologize to Peter, Bill. You have the nerve to accuse him of anything," Christopher ordered. "Apologize quickly, I said!" Christopher repeated. "I won't forgive you if you don't apologize to my future husband," Shirley said, looking down at Bill. Bill did not respond to Shirley or Christopher's words. "What are you waiting for? Do I need to force you to speak, Bill?" The old man said and he was now glaring angrily at him. Bill replied casually. "I did nothing wrong. Why should I apologize?""You-""He had the nerve to say he wanted to seduce my wife. He should be the one to apologize," Bill said. Shirley still didn't accept, "You should be the one who has to apologize.""I have to clean up the dining room," Bill excused himself. The man turned a deaf ear to his sister-in-law's swearing. As soon as he got to the kitchen he thought hard. If Peter Green entered the Wood family, it was clear that his wife's position would be in danger. It was possible that Peter would try to play a prank on her. In the next day, Bill did his job as usual in a food stall. "What is he doing here?" Emma murmured quietly, but Bill could hear her. Bill instantly turned his head and saw the buyer Emma was referring to, "Shirley, what are you-""Grapes, please. Hurry up!" A beautiful woman said while throwing money at Bill that Bill didn't catch. Emma gaped in surprise, "Hey, Miss. Can't you be a little polite? Bill is your brother-in-law." Shirley ignored Emma's remark and instead glared irritably at Bill, "Are you going to get it for me or not, Bill? I'm in a hurry." Bill sighed and took the money then immediately gave Shirley the wine she asked for. Shirley grinned with satisfaction, "Good brother-in-law." After Shirley walked out of her stall, Emma said, "Bill, why did you keep quiet about them treating you like that?" Bill just smiled and continued his work. He couldn't possibly tell Emma his big secret. Arriving at the Woods' house in the night, Bill nearly had a heart attack when he saw Peter Green intending to touch his wife's backside as they stood together in the garden. "Peter! What are you trying to do?" Bill growled angrily. Quickly Bill pulled Cassandra away from Peter. Cassandra gasped, while Peter was shocked but tried to put on a calm expression. "Why are you yelling, Bill?" Cassandra asked in confusion. "He's trying to be mean to you, Cassie.""How insolent? How dare you?" Peter said pretending to be angry. Apparently, Bill's shouting had made the other Wood family members in the house come outside. Shirley came running over. "What's going on? Bill, why are you looking at my future husband like that?""Your lovely husband-to-be was just about to touch Cassie's body. Tell him to apologize to my wife right now!" Bill said sharply. Cassandra gaped, while Christopher who had just arrived there looked so shocked at Bill's words. However, the old man said, "Bill, how dare you accuse an honorable man like Peter of doing that!""Peter would never do such a disgusting thing, Bill. Don't lump him in with lowlifes like you!" Shirley defended. "But I saw it myself. Cassie-""Never mind, Bill! I was just talking to Peter for a while, why are you coming around like this, don't embarrass me!" Cassandra said seriously. Peter Green also felt that he had the upper hand, he smiled faintly. "Cassie-""Enough, useless grandson-in-law. Now apologize to Peter! Hurry up!" Christopher ordered. "Yesterday we still let you go, but this is too much. I won't let you tarnish Peter's name. Cassie, why are you silent too?" Shirley said, looking annoyed at her sister. Cassandra let go of Bill and said, "Apologize, Bill!" Bill couldn't believe his wife's words, "I won't.""Bill!" Cassandra snapped. "If you're not going to apologize, get out of this house right now!" Christopher said in anger. Peter Green said, "Grandpa, please. This is just a misunderstanding, it doesn't have to be like this." Christopher shook his head, "He should know how to behave. Hurry up, Bill. What are you waiting for?" Bill said heavily, "I will never apologize to the man who dared to harass my wife. All right, I'm leaving." Cassandra balled up in shock, as if she couldn't process everything yet. Peter Green looked so happy because it meant he had a chance to get close to Cassandra, the beautiful woman he had been dreaming of. While Christopher sneered, "You think life out there is easy?""Well, if your pride is so high, then go ahead and leave. Enjoy being a bum!" Christopher said again. Bill didn't respond to Christopher's words. "I'm off, Cassie!" Bill said as he turned his head to his wife. Cassandra had just woken up when Bill stepped outside. However, when she was about to take a step, Christopher held her back, "Don't hold him back! Let him go!""But, Grandpa-""Cassie, if he can't live outside, he'll come back. Let him be a beggar on the street!" Christopher said in a very loud tone, intentionally so that Bill who had just reached the gate would hear him. Bill clenched his fists tightly, hurrying away from there. Had they known Bill's true background, they would have trembled in fear and knelt at his feet to beg for forgiveness.

Chapter 3 3. Who Are You?

Bill sat in front of Emma's fruit stall until morning. The stall owner was quite surprised to see Bill there in the same clothes. However, she didn't ask any questions because she saw Bill's somewhat rumpled expression. As Bill was cleaning up the fruit scattered on the floor, a fruit buyer who had been there since before Bill arrived approached him. Bill turned to him with an astonished look. "Yes, Sir. How can I help you?""Yes, General." Bill's pupils suddenly dilated at the call. Why was this man calling him 'General'? Did he recognize him? But how could he? Bill quickly put down the fruit basket and looked at the neatly dressed young man with a probing look. "Who are you? Why are you calling me 'General'?" The young man, who Bill guessed was much younger than him, said, "It's me, General. Your subordinate. Andrew." Bill squinted, trying to remember. Only a few people knew his real face. Was it perhaps someone he knew? But, it doesn't feel like his face is what it looks like now, Bill thought. "Andrew Reece?" Bill said hesitantly. The young man wearing the black shirt smiled happily. "Yes, General. I'm Andrew Reece. You still recognize me, I'm very flattered." Bill sighed. "What happened to your face?""I was hit by an explosion while fighting against the De Kruk Kingdom, my face was damaged. I had to undergo surgery and this is the result." Bill nodded in understanding, and then asked, "How did you know I was here?""That ... that ... royal intelligence, General. Actually, we've been looking for you for almost two years but only succeeded now. We thought you were ... gone because we couldn't find your whereabouts.""Does anyone know I'm here besides you?" Bill asked. "Only me, King Keannu and the royal secretary, General." Bill nodded, "So, why did you come here?""I ... I was sent by King Keannu to bring you back, General." Bill's thick right eyebrow instantly raised, "Return? What do you mean?""We need your power, rather it is the Kingdom of Ans De Low that needs you, General," Andrew said. "I resigned from my posistion three years ago. Don't call me 'General anymore'.""You remain our Invicible General. The God of War. How could we ever forget that?" Andrew insisted. Bill exhaled harshly, "Tell King Keannu that I will not return." Andrew knew it would be difficult but he didn't expect to be rejected outright like that. "But, General. If you don't return, King Keannu will be in danger." Bill turned his head calmly, "I still can't return.""Why is that, General?" Bill chuckled, "Don't you see I already have a new life?""Yes, I understand. But the King-""No, you don't. Go away! I have to work," Bill shooed him away. Andrew remained motionless from where he stood. Annoyed at being stared at in such a way by his former subordinate, Bill said again, "Reece, are you not going to obey my orders now?" A hopeful thought came to Andrew's mind, "Are you coming back, General?" Bill knew Andrew quite well. The young man was a very determined and unyielding soldier. He thought that if he didn't give him a clear answer soon, then he wouldn't leave. "Give me two days!" Andrew immediately smiled, "Yes, General. The day after tomorrow, I will come to pick you up.""I mean, give me two days to think about it," Bill corrected. Andrew looked disappointed but considering it was better than being rejected outright, he said, "Yes, General. I'll come back in that time to ask for your decision.""Hm. Now go away, you're interrupting my work hours!" Bill snapped. Andrew was actually quite surprised by Bill's new life. But he knew that the god of war wouldn't do any work without a clear purpose, so Andrew didn't dare to ask questions and just bowed in respect to Bill before he left Emma's fruit stall. Emma, who was sitting at the cash register, was a little dumbfounded by the scene. "Who is he, Bill? Your friend?""No, he's just looking for an address," Bill replied. "But I saw that he had a long talk with you, he also saluted you. Why is that?" Bill turned his head and hung the wine over, "Because he didn't understand when I explained, ma'am. If it's a salute, well maybe it's as a thank you.""Uh, very strange. In this modern age he still asks people for directions? Doesn't he use phone?" Emma said. "Maybe so," Bill replied. Bill continued his work until late afternoon. "Aren't you going home?" Emma asked looking suspicious. "I don't have anywhere to go, can I stay here?" Bill asked. Although Emma wanted to know, the old lady wouldn't have asked if Bill hadn't told her himself so she just nodded. When Andrew came two days later to the fruit stall, the young man was forced to swallow his disappointment because Bill refused to return. Bill stayed at the fruit stand for more than a week. One evening, a relative, Cassandra's aunt, Maggie, who was quite kind to him, called him. "Bill, have you heard about the news?""Heard about what, Aunt Maggie?""Cassandra. Since you left home, my father has decided to marry her off to Leonardo Finch.""But I'm not divorced from Cassie yet, Auntie.""It's like you don't know my father, he must be using every means possible to smoothen his plans." Bill started to get confused. Right now he didn't have anything he could use against the Wood family.

Chapter 4 4. Kill Me!

Then, after knowing about the news he should think how to stop his grandfather-in-law. In the evening, when he had just locked Emma's fruit stall, he was suddenly approached by a number of large men who Bill guessed were common thugs. "I'm tired, don't bother me now!" Bill said with a face that looked so tired. A thug who appeared to be their leader came forward carrying a barbell. Bill scowled, "What are you going to do with that?""You're the one who broke Baron's arm yesterday, right?" The thug asked with the fierce look. Bill frowned and suddenly remembered a thug who had come to Emma's stall and intended to disrupt it. "Uh, I didn't know that I broke it.""Hit him!" the leader ordered with anger. Bill casually engaged the men without expending much energy. He managed to land several punches on target. However, Bill was caught off guard by his cell phone which suddenly vibrated. The leader took advantage of Bill's unpreparedness and hit him rather hard in the stomach. "Feel that, man!" the leader cursed. Bill only grimaced briefly, "Attacking when your enemy is unprepared is so cowardly, man!""Albert, just finish him off, don't talk to him," one of the men said. The man named Albert grinned, "I'm a criminal, aren't I? Taking advantage of the enemy is certainly my specialty." Bill grunted and returned the attack. The two engaged in quite a fight. Punches were thrown, even kicks. But, Bill only took a few hits, while Albert took many more. However, Albert did not give up. Even though he was limping and could barely stand, he still fought to the end. As one of the leaders of the neighborhood thugs, giving up would certainly be his last resort. His reputation was certainly more important to him than his weakened physique. As Bill was about to throw another punch, Albert managed to duck it. But now Bill pulled Albert by the collar and said, "Aren't you going to give up?""Huh, don't ever dream! I'd rather die than give up!" Albert said while spitting blood. Bill grinned, "Uh, too bad!""Just kill me, no need to talk!" Albert said angrily. Bill chuckled, "No. I still value your little life." Albert glared, "I don't need your pity. Just kill me!" Bill shook his head and instead picked up a mineral water bottle and gave it to Albert. Albert was so thirsty that he thought he would die from the lack of fluid in his body. But he persevered. Although, the mineral water looked like water from heaven in his eyes, he wouldn't take it. "Don't ignore my kindness! I could take offense!" Bill said. Albert was wide-eyed. He thought for a moment. Uh, maybe it's okay to drink the bottled water, I can die peacefully afterward, at least I won't die of thirst. The man thought to himself. Albert grabbed the bottled water and downed it greedily. His men who were still awake suddenly widened their eyes when they saw what their leader was doing. "Boss, what are you doing?" One of the youngsters who had been rendered helpless by Bill's lethal blow to his chest screamed. Albert ignored him and was still drinking the water. Bill said, "Do you want some too, young man?""Who are you calling a young man?" the young man who looked like he was still in his teens said. Bill was being lazy, so he wordlessly forced the young man to drink water. "Damn it! Do you intend to kill us with that water?" the young man asked. Bill sighed wearily, "If I had intended to kill you, you would have died long ago." Cold sweat poured down the young man's temples. "But-""Consider yourself lucky, I'm being kind," Bill said casually while cross-legged on the asphalt. Albert still didn't understand the strange man's attitude. "One thing I want, turn yourself in to the police station!" Bill said calmly. "Are you crazy? The police? I'd rather you kill me than have to deal with the police," Albert said. "That would be suicide," the young man who had just drunk some water said. "Hey, you guys aren't in a position to choose. I didn't give you a choice," Bill said coldly. The man's voice was too terrifying to hear, his aura so strong that Albert and his men who still had their eyes open shivered with fear. "If you won't surrender then I'll have to drag you there." Bill got up and started contacting someone. "You-""What? You idiot! I was helping you to lighten your punishment, but since you refused, congratulations on getting a harsher punishment," Bill said with a deadly smile. Albert paled, "No. Wait.""Goodbye. The police are already on their way here!" Bill said as he waved goodbye to the men.

Chapter 5 5. The Attack

Bill walked into the Woods' house in confusion. He wanted to help his wife but he still didn't know what to do. In the midst of his confusion, Andrew Reece, who was his trusted man, came back. "No, General!" Andrew said. "My wife is inside. I have to help her.""General, how about we make a deal?" Andrew asked. Bill frowned, "What deal?""If you are willing to come back, we will help you, General." Bill exhaled harshly, realizing that nothing in this world is free. Very reluctantly, Bill said, "Alright, I'll be back." Andrew smiled happily. Andrew then took an action to help Bill. "Good morning, General!" Andrew greeted on the day of Bill's return. "How are you today, General?" the young man asked with a bright smile. "No need for pleasantries. Get on with it, Reece." Andrew even smiled nervously from too much excitement, "Yes, General.""But before that, I'll have a word with King Keannu first.""Yes, General. He will be happy to see you.""I'll take my leave," Bill said. Andrew was about to drop to his knees in excitement but he didn't because Bill hurriedly shooed him away. He was busy that afternoon saying goodbye to Emma White and promising to find her a better person to replace him. "There will be no one better than you, Bill. There won't be," Emma said sadly, it was hard to let Bill go. After all, Bill had been with her long enough to manage the fruit stall. "Madam, I-""There's no need to worry about me. I know, you left for a better life. Don't worry!""Don't forget one thing, you have to succeed. Make it so that the family can no longer look down on you, Bill. I will always support you," Emma added sincerely. "Thank you, ma'am," Bill replied. Emma nodded in return. Having finished saying goodbye, Bill was immediately escorted to a car by Andrew. "Go ahead, General!" Andrew said, asking Bill to get into the car. "General, are you ready?" Andrew asked just before they left. "Yes, let's go," Bill replied. The young man started driving the car. "No one knows I'm at the palace, right, Reece?" Bill asked. "As you requested, General. Only King Keannu, the Secretary of State and I know about it. That's why I'm picking you up." Bill nodded with relief, "Good." However, his relief was short-lived as Bill realized they were being followed. A car drove not far from them and managed to catch up with the car and drove right beside them. "We seem to be followed, General. But who are they?" Andrew said, starting to panic but still concentrating on driving. The man suddenly pulled out his gun from under his jacket. Bill was watching the movement of the car and suddenly shouted, "Get down!" The sound of gunfire was deafening. Luckily, Bill and Andrew managed to dodge the attack in time. "Gun, Reece!" Bill said quickly. Andrew, who had returned to driving, quickly grabbed his other gun and handed it to Bill. The pursuers were still trying to open fire but again Andrew managed to avoid their car. His concentration was quite good, Andrew could control the car while occasionally shooting with his right hand. "To the right, Reece!" Bill ordered. Andrew brought the car to the right side of the road. Bill stuck his head out without any trouble and pulled the trigger of his pistol. He fired carefully and managed to hit the driver. The car hit a pole and couldn't move. However, they were still facing two other cars that seemed eager to chase them. "They're surrounding us!" Andrew said. "Turn right, Reece!" Bill ordered. The order sounded very clear but Andrew looked a little hesitant. "Hurry up!" Bill said again. Andrew immediately slammed the steering wheel and faced the two cars behind them. Within seconds, Andrew saw Bill fire shot after shot, none of which missed. They were all on target. The two cars collided and made a sound that hurt the ears of anyone who heard it. Afterward, the sound of explosions from the two burning cars added to the noise in the area. Andrew was stunned to see the amazing thing that had just happened in front of his eyes. "General, you're amazing!" Andrew said with his eyes still unblinking, too amazed. "Hurry up and clean it up, Reece! Don't let any rumors spread!" Bill ordered, not responding to Andrew's words. Andrew quickly came to his senses and did his job. He contacted the two people he had given clear instructions to. "Remember, no one should know anything is happening in this area," Andrew said before ending the call. Bill waited, leaning against the car and closing his eyes. He wasn't sleeping but just neutralizing himself after what he had done a few minutes ago. He knew how ferocious he would become on the battlefield so he needed time to extinguish the flames after finishing his task. Otherwise, he could look at people with a wary gaze and it would make others uncomfortable. "You're very incredible, General!" Andrew said once again. Bill opened his eyes, looking at the young man, "It's nothing. Come on, it's not like you were with me in the war." Andrew flashed a smile, "But you were-""Haven't held a gun for a few years, yes you're right." Andrew nodded enthusiastically, "However, your abilities haven't changed one bit.""You're wrong.""General?" Bill exhaled harshly, "I'm a little slower." Andrew shook his head, intending to say something but Bill stopped him by saying, "Reece, make sure you investigate those people.""Yes, General!""Find that guy, somehow it seems like this guy knows I'm coming back," Bill said. Andrew was confused, "That's impossible, General. Just-""I don't think anyone betrayed me but there must be something. Find it out!""Yes, General!" Andrew said obediently. "Let's go to the palace! Isn't King Keannu waiting for me?" The palace still looked like it did the last time Bill left the grand and luxurious building. It was still guarded by troops surrounding every corner of the palace. Every time Andrew and Bill passed by, everyone gave them access and let them pass. Andrew was a bit annoyed because they were all supposed to salute Bill but since Bill's identity was hidden, no one knew about it. "Where should I wait?" Bill asked. "The Silver Building, General!" Andrew replied. Hearing the name of the building that was very familiar to him, Bill's forehead wrinkled. Andrew understood and smiled. Bill's residence in the palace used to be in the Silver Building. In addition, all the awards Bill received during his service to the palace as well as his armor were also well kept there. "Please, General!" Andrew said. Bill followed him wordlessly. When he reached the building, Andrew said, "You may rest for a while, General. Soon, King Keannu will arrive in here." Bill didn't reply to Andrew's words and went straight into the building. He looked around the large room alone. So many of his relics were still there. Some of them were even placed in glass cabinets, as if to keep them from being damaged. His gaze then stopped on a large glass box in the center that Bill could already tell from a distance what was inside. He walked over and looked at it closely. The gleaming silver object was his favorite, his prized possession. Just as Bill was about to touch the glass box, he heard someone from behind him exclaim, "Don't touch that!" Bill spun around, staring at a familiar figure. It was Jody Gardner, one of his men who had now become a War General, replacing him after his resignation. "That silver mask belonged to our previous War General. It's not to be touched by anyone," Jody said. Bill smiled, "I'm just looking around.""That's not allowed. Who are you to come into this building?" Jody asked with a not at all friendly expression. Before Bill could answer, Jody said in a loud tone, "Guards, why was this person let in?""He came with Andrew Reece, General," one of the guards replied. Jody suddenly looked at Bill with a probing gaze and saw that Bill's appearance was far from neat. Jody looked down at Bill and immediately said, "Get him out of here!" Bill was not surprised at all. Indeed, without his silver mask, Jody would not have recognized him.
