RE: Intertwined Destiny

She died, then she woke up. Not in heaven, but in a world of magic and ancient kingdoms, as the long-lost sister of a future tyrannical king. Now, armed with only half-recalled plot points and a fierce protectiveness, she must navigate a perilous path to rewrite destiny. Can she turn a 'devious tyrant' into a benevolent ruler, or will fate, and a certain 'Truck-kun,' have the last laugh?
The world blurred into streaks of light and pain, then nothing.
Then, a blinding, impossibly blue sky. My head throbbed, a dull ache that resonated with every beat of my heart. A small, blurry face swam into view, framed by dark hair and wide, anxious eyes. A child's voice, high-pitched and wailing, assaulted my ears.
"Yin Yin!" it shrieked.
My eyes fluttered open, struggling against a crushing weight. My body felt like a bruised mess, every nerve screaming. Before I could process the pain, a small, warm body launched itself onto me, clinging like an octopus. I was alive, somehow, but certainly not in my old, boring life. This was… new. And it hurt.
