The red clothed shameless Empress

The blare of a bus horn, the screech of tires, then nothing. Xia Yu An had just wanted a relaxing bath after a long day, but instead, she found herself waking to a woman's frantic sobs.
"Yu An? My child, you're alive!" the woman cried, embracing her. Confusion warred with a throbbing headache as foreign memories flooded her mind – a general's daughter, a fall from a horse, an imperial marriage decree.
"I died in that accident and now I am in another universe? Like those novels and manhwa's I used to read? Are you bullshiting me right now?" she thought, utterly bewildered.
Standing before a mirror, she gazed at the unbelievably beautiful reflection staring back. This wasn't her, yet it was. A new life, a new body, and a very unwelcome arranged marriage awaited. "This is some novel shit," she muttered, then a small, furry fox appeared at her feet, speaking directly into her mind: "That's right."
