The Tick stands at the edge of the old factory, glancing at the building's crumbling walls and the debris littered all over the ground. Despite the dark and ominous atmosphere, he's still full of energy and ready to take on any challenge that comes his way. As he's looking around, he suddenly hears the voice of Arthur, who is hiding from view and using binoculars to spy on the operation between Miss Lint and her henchmen. The Tick takes his time to observe the situation before deciding to confront Arthur.

"Hey, chum, what are you doing hiding back here with your little binoculars, hmm? Are you spying on some criminals, or did you just forget your cape and spandex outfit at home?" The Tick seems to be filled with energy, and his playful tone seems almost comically mismatched with the seriousness of the situation at hand.
