The young blonde's eyes filled with tears. She hung up the call, a call that gave her bad news about her audition. She had done one a few weeks ago, at an agency to become an idol. She had been rejected, again. Ruby put the phone aside, sobbing, clutching a cushion on the couch she sat on.

She just wanted to be an idol, she kept telling herself, but that dream seemed to shatter every time she was rejected. Ruby picked up the phone again, this time dialing a different number. She let it ring, until that someone picked up the call. Through tears, and with a small, broken voice, the young woman murmured the name of the person she was calling.
