Chapter 1 Prologue

"What did you say?" Ace asked Amelia gritting his teeth angrily. "I said, he asked me to go on a date with him," Amelia said. Ace fisted his hand in anger hearing this. "Say no" Ace said. "What?" Amelia asked him "You have heard me. Say no to him" Ace said. "No. I will not. You can not decide this for me" Amelia shouted at him. Ace took dangerous steps towards her. Amelia took back steps immediately. But soon her back hit against the glass wall. Ace smirked at her. Amelia looked up and gasped in shock when she found him dangerously close to her. Ace put his hand on either side of her. "Say no to him baby girl, before I kick out him from my company" Ace said in a husky tone. Amelia gulped in nervousness. "What if I won't?" Amelia managed to ask him. Ace smirked and put his head on her neck then spoke up husky tone," Always remember this baby girl, you are mine. Mine to touch. Mine to love. And I will not let any other touch what is only belongs to me. I won't mind to burn them alive. Trust me baby girl, I am very possessive when it's comes to my things. If you want to see him alive say no otherwise I will not be responsible for his condition" Amelia heard the dangerous threat which was hidden in his soft husky tone. Her heart started breathing hard. "Do you get me, baby girl?" Ace asked him. And, Amelia nodded her head immediately.

Chapter 2 Introduction

Ace King, The most handsome eligible bachelor of London. Being the number one eligible bachelor he didn't want to settle down. He is the CEO of King corporation. He has money, looks, fame everything. Girls die to be with him. But for his arrogant nature, no one dares to mess up with him. He is known for his arrogant nature and anger issues. In the business world, he is known for his dominating way. His employees called him a workaholic devil behind his back. He was happy in his life until his eyes fell on Amelia. His new PA. Amelia William, A simple yet beautiful girl. 15 years ago, her dad met an accident and got paralyzed. After this Amelia saw her mom doing multiple jobs to buy her dad's medicine and their needs. When she got graduated she started searching for a job, so she can help her mother. When she got a job in King Corporation she was on nine clouds but little she had known this job will change her life completely. Hunter King Father of Ace. He is an older version of Ace. He loves his boy and his wife dearly. Stella King Mother of Ace. She is a sweet person. She loves her boy and her husband, more than her life. Also, she wants Ace to settle down. Matthew William Father of Amelia. He got paralyzed back because of the accident. Because of the accident he lost his job and most importantly, he lost the respect he had earned in his life. Jenny William Mother of Amelia. She is a caring woman. She loves her husband and her daughter a lot. For her family, she has to work day and night. She went through humiliation and pain but she always hides it behind her sweet smile for her family.

Chapter 3 Chapter 1

Author's POV When the sunlight fell on her face, Amelia woke up. She looked at the watch and saw it was 5 in the morning. Amelia got down from the bed and went towards her closet. She took out her clothes from the closet then she entered the washroom. After taking a long bath, she wrapped a towel around her body then came out. She stood in front of her mirror and started drying her hair. When she was done with her hair, she wore her dress then came out of her room. When she came out, she saw her parent's room was still closed. "Mommy is still sleeping. Strange! Mommy always wakes up before me" Amelia whispered. "Mommy must be tired" Whispering this, she entered the kitchen and started making breakfast. For taking eggs Amelia opened the fridge and she saw there were two eggs left. Sighing sadly, she took two eggs and started making breakfast for her mommy and daddy.. "I need to buy some vegetables, and groceries" Thinking of this, Amelia completed making breakfast. After cooking, she took a note and started making the list of the groceries she would need. After making the list she opened her phone and checked her bank balance. She saw she had only 700 $. Amelia sighed sadly then opened her wallet. When she saw she had only 70 $ in her wallet, her face went pale. "If I take out all of my bank balance, then I will be able to buy the groceries. I have to do it. I cannot let mommy do all" Amelia thought then looked at the wall clock. She saw it was 6 in the morning. "Mommy has to join the shop at 7 also daddy needs to take his medicine. I need to wake them up now" Thinking of this, Amelia walked towards her parent's room and knocked at the door. But she didn't get a response. She knocked again. When she didn't get a response this time too, she opened the door and entered the room but found only her dad sleeping on the bed. Her mommy wasn't in the room. Thinking this she must be in the washroom Amelia called her mommy but she did not get any response. "That means she again went to work at night" Amelia whispered to her then looked at her sleeping daddy. Amelia looked at her weak daddy. She knew her daddy was getting weak day by day. He needed good treatment but for this, they needed to give a huge amount of money which they didn't have. Amelia's eyes went watery. She let her daddy sleep until her mommy came back. She came out from the room.. Sitting on a chair, she started waiting for her mommy. After some time her mother entered home with a bag. Seeing her, Amelia stood up and walked towards her. "Where were you, mom? I was worried?" Amelia asked her.. "I am sorry for making you worried, my baby. Actually, there was a party at my shop owner's Mansion. So I went there to work" Jenny replied to her and sat on a couch.. "You again worked as a waiter at the Mansion. Why mom? I told you that you don't need to do overtime. You already have three part-time jobs. Then why do you still work at night? You need rest mom" Amelia told her in her caring tone.. "They offered me a big amount baby. Your father's medicine is about to finish baby. I need to buy his medicine. So I agreed. We also need to pay house rent, electricity, gas, water bill. Also, your exam is coming soon. You need to pay the exam f*e" Jenny said to her daughter.. "Mommy, I was thinking to join a company and do a part-time job," Amelia said to her.. "No baby, please don't think about this. It was your parents' dream to see you as a successful woman. And for them, you need to fulfill it. In your whole life, we were not able to give you anything, baby. We will feel ashamed if you do a job avoiding your study" Jenny said to her.. Hearing this Amelia felt proud to have them as her parents. She got up and a brought a glass of water for her mommy.. Jenny looked at the water glass and forward her hand to take the glass but as soon as her hand touched with the glass. She hissed in pain and removed her hand. "What happened, mommy?" Amelia asked her and held her hand. Jenny tried to remove her hand but Amelia held it tightly and saw a burnt mark on her hand. Seeing this tears rolled down on Amelia's cheeks. Before Jenny could wipe her tears Amelia ran towards the washroom to bring medicine. Holding her hand softly Amelia applied the medicine on the mark and made her drink the water. Seeing the sad look on Amelia's face, Jenny spoke up," I am fine. One of the guests mistakenly threw hot food on my hand baby. I am perfectly fine." Hearing this, Amelia looked at her and spoke up," Are you trying to convince me or yourself, mommy?  I know someone threw that hot food on your hand intentionally. Just because we are low-class people." Jenny looked down because she knew her daughter had already caught her lie. For changing the topic, Jenny handed over the bag to Amelia and spoke up, "I brought some groceries baby. Please make food quickly baby. Your daddy needs to take medicine. Also, I am so hungry" Amelia smiled sadly at her and took the bag then spoke up," I already made it. Go get freshen then come out. And mommy I made the groceries list. I will buy it after my class" Jenny smiled and cupped her face," Baby, I know we are going through a bad time but still, I can not use the money which you earned from your hard work. You keep the money baby. Use it for your educational purposes""But, mommy, I do not like it when you keep working day and night for us. I want to help you" Amelia said. "You can help me, baby. When you will get a great job then I will stop working and only rest then. But know you need to do your study properly. Okay?" Jenny asked her. Amelia nodded at her. Jenny smiled and kissed her daughter's head then walked towards her room.. After getting ready, Jenny woke up Matthew and helped him to get freshen up. Jenny helped him to sit on his wheelchair then they came out. Then they ate the breakfast together. After this Amelia left for her university. And as her mommy worked at night, she stayed at home to take some rest.

Chapter 4 Chapter 2

Author's POV At King Mansion Hearing the alarm sound, Ace opened his eyes. He switched off the alarm and got down from the bed. He went towards the big window and pull the curtains to let the light come inside his room. When the bright light fell on his eyes, he closed his eyes for a second then opened them again. When the light came inside his room he saw his room was a mess because he was working at night on an important project. Taking a towel he entered the washroom. After taking a long shower, he came out and saw his room was clean. Also, a cup of black coffee was on his table. Ace went towards his closet and took out his clothes. He wore his clothes then picked up the coffee cup. He went towards the balcony. After he finished his coffee, he looked at his watch. It was 6 in the morning. Ace got ready for the office. Taking his bag and car key he left his room. When he came downstairs, he saw his parents were waiting for him. "Good morning Dad, good morning mom" Ace greeted them and kissed his Mom's head. "Good morning, son" Hunter and Stella both greeted him back. Ace sat down and Stella served him breakfast. "How is the project going on, son?" Hunter sipped his coffee and asked Ace. "Fine dad. The project is almost ready" Ace replied. "Good. I have heard LTD company will announce who will win the project" Hunter said. "Yes, dad. But don't worry. Our project is the best. He has no way than to choose us" Ace said and Hunter gave him a proud smile. Ace finished his breakfast then left for the office. When the car stopped in front of King Corporation, a guard opened the door for Ace. Ace got down and looked at his gigantic King corporation which was screaming silently with power and luxury. Ace looked at his building with proud then entered his office. All employees stood up for showing him respect but as usual Ace entered his cabin without looking at them. "Devil" Everyone muttered then started working. Ace's POV After attending two meetings, I took my lunch. It was already 4. After eating, I sat down on my chair then started working. I was working at my cabin when I heard a knock at my door. "Come in," I said and my most trusted employee, my PA entered. "What is it, Max?" I asked him and started checking the file again but he kept quiet. "Max if you have come here to show me silent performance then get out right now. I don't have time for this nonsense" I told him. "Uh..Sir, I got a call from LTD company just a little ago" He told me. I stopped working and looked at him. "LTD company. Oh, about the deal right? I knew it that we will get the deal. Dad will be so happy. Max Mr. Alexander is our old client so, I want to work hard on this project" I told him. "Sir, we didn't get this deal," He said nervously. Hearing this I looked at him. "Why?" I asked him. "Sir, one of our employees leaked our project information to our rival company. So, Mr. Alexander chose our rival company" He told me. I fisted my hand in anger. "Who is that bastard? Who the hell is he?" I asked him in my venomous tone. "Sir, he is Alex Center. He works in our account department. Sir, he has two children. One boy and one girl. His wife ran away long back""Max I am not going to kidnap his family. Just tell me the important information" I shouted at him angrily. "Sir, two days ago 1 billion dollars was transferred to his account by an unknown source. Sir, our security looked into this matter. They found Mr. Alex involved in illegal work" He told me fearfully. "I want the bastard behind the bar for a lifetime. And fix a meeting with Mr. Alexander. Also, file a case against our rival company for stealing my project information" I ordered him. He took out his cellphone and started doing the work. "Max what about the Paris project? Did the bastard leak the information too?" I asked him. "No sir. All information about the Paris project is in my hand but sir I heard one girl under Alex Center, works in our company. She is trying to get information from you" He said to me. "I will go this time for the meeting. Call the pilot and tell him to get the jet ready and I will take care of the girl" I told him. "Okay sir" He replied and left my cabin. "Bloody fools. They betrayed me. Cheaters. Fucking cheaters" I said and took a file then started working again. After some time I was working on a file when someone entered my cabin without my permission.. Controlling my, anger I looked up and saw it was a girl who was standing there smiling at me. The girl recently joined my company and tried to seduce me many times. "What are you doing here? And how dare you enter my cabin without my permission?" I shouted at her.. Hearing my loud tone I saw her eyes fill up with fear but like a dirty woman she spoke up," Sir, Mr. Center wants your sign on this file. He asked me to get your sign. I know you were already disturbed so I came here without knocking. You know I am so good at giving pleasure. It will be so much fun and your disturbance will go away. What say?" She asked me like a dirty slut. I understood that the girl was no other than the cheater girl, Max just informed me. I smirked at her and walked towards her. When I stood in front of her I put my hand on her cheek and as expected the dirty woman closed her eyes thinking I was going to kiss her. I roamed my hand on her cheeks and spoke up," So it was your real intention to sleep with me?" I asked her. She opened her eyes and winked at me. And that's it. I fisted her hair so tightly that she screamed in pain. I moved closer to her and spoke up near her ear," It is a good day for me, or else I would have cut you into pieces and fed my dog." She looked at me while tears rolled down on her cheeks. "Do you think I am a fool to fall for you? I knew you came here to make me fall for you. Even I know you work for my rival company. You are a spy. They send you here to spy on me" I told her and she looked at me with shock. "For..forgive me sir" She spoke up and tried to release her hair from my fist but it only made me hold her hair more tightly. Pushing her away, I called my security team. Soon my guards entered my cabin.. "Take this dirty woman and I want to see her behind bars" I ordered them. They nodded at me and dragged that disgusting woman out of my cabin. Calling my manager, I asked him to hire a PA for me and disconnected the call. I walked and stood in front of the glass door. From there, I could see half of the city. I saw people running, busy in their respective works. I sighed thinking about my life. My life totally changed after the incident. Once I was known as the most fun-loving person. But after losing the most two important people, I became heartless. Just then someone knocked at my cabin. "Come in," I said and Max entered the room. "Sir, your jet is ready. And I called Mr. Alexander's PA and told him everything. Mr. Alexander wants to meet you today if you have time" He said to me. "Good job Max. I am going to meet him now" I said and picked up my coat then left my cabin. Max also started following me. I was going towards the lift when my eyes fell on a group of people. They were talking more instead of working. "Just last month I fired five employees because of this. But they already forgot it" I muttered. Anger rose into me. I walked towards them and heard them making some useless jokes and laughing their ass off. "Did you guys hear the LTD company kicked our devil boss ass? Maybe he also got tired of this devil. But alas, we cannot go away from here even if we want to" A man said and his team started laughing. Hearing this, I fisted my hand in anger. I cleared my throat to get their attention. "I didn't know my employees can make these useless jokes in work time. Do I give you payment for these fucking jokes?" I shouted at them. Their faces went pale finding me there. "We are very sorry Mr. King. We will not do this again" One of them told me. I looked at Max and spoke up," I want their resignation letters the first thing tomorrow in the morning." Hearing this, their faces turned pale in shocked. "Mr. King, please don't do this. We have little, little children. Please don't do this Sir. We will come on the road if we lose the job" One of them requested me. "You should think about this before creating useless jokes in work time. Mr. King never changes his decision. Now go and type your resignation letters" Max spoke up and I smirked. That's my PA. That's why I hired him. I looked at them then started walking towards the lift. When I got down, I got into my car and my driver started driving. I just hated cheaters. How dare the bastard leak my project information! I was going to make him regret it soon. And those middle classes workers they were creating jokes like my company was a picnic spot. After two hours he stopped the car in front of LTD company. I got down from the car and got inside the company. After an hour, I came from the company with a happy mind because I got the deal. It was 7 in the evening. I sent my driver back then started driving my car. Soon, I stopped my car in front of a club and entered the VIP section. As soon as I entered, few money-minded bitches started throwing themselves on me. They just loved money. And I loved to play with them. Soon, I took a girl among them and left for my apartment. After satisfying my anger, I would throw the girl outside not before throwing some money on her face. After she left, I entered the washroom and took a long shower and came out. I dressed up quickly and left my apartment. I needed to go home now. Mom must be waiting for me. Author's POV At King Mansion Ace was working on his laptop when he heard a soft knock at his door. "You don't need to knock mom," Ace said and his mom entered his room. Ace smiled at his mom then gave her a question look then again started working. Sighed at him, his mother spoke up, " Ace, it is already 2 at night my boy. Stop working now please and sleep" Hearing this, Ace stopped working and looked at his mom and spoke up," Just one hour mom. There is so much work that is still pending. I need to complete this file tonight. I can't trust my employees for this project. They just need a way to cheat on me. I need to complete it by myself mom. And why are you still awake? You should be sleeping now mom""I was sleeping, baby, but I woke up feeling thirsty. When I was going back to my room after drinking, I saw your room's light is still on. So I came here, Ace. My boy, you are already the number one businessman in this country now you don't have to work hard. You are already a successful man my boy" His mother said to him softly... "I know mom. And for keeping my position, I need to work hard. And for now, I need to complete this file, mom. And I am going to Paris tomorrow" Ace said and started working again. "Why are you going suddenly, my boy?" Stella asked him. "For a meeting, mom" Ace replied. "When will you return?" Stella asked him. "After two days, mom" Ace said and shut down his laptop. "Okay. Sleep now baby" Stella said and kissed his head then left the room. Ace smiled and switched off the lights then laid down on his bed.

Chapter 5 Chapter 3

Author's POV Hearing the alarm, Ace woke up. He got down from the bed and entered the washroom. After taking a long shower then he came out wearing his suit. Today, he needed to leave for Paris. Ace picked up his phone and wallet then left his room. When he entered the living room, he saw his dad was talking to four men. They were looking like bodyguards. When Hunter saw his son he called Ace. Ace went towards him. "Here, he is my son and your boss. You need to protect him" Hunter said to him making Ace shocked. First, he thought maybe his father hired them for his mother. Ace was about to open his mouth when Hunter spoke up again," Now go and wait for him near his car" The bodyguards nodded and left from there. Hunter walked towards the dining table where Stella was already waiting for them. "Dad, what is it?" Ace asked him, dad. "What is what?" His dad asked him back and sat down. "Dad, don't play with me. I am not a child. I can take care of myself. I don't need bodyguards" Ace said. "Honey, will you bring the juice I brought yesterday?" Hunter asked his wife. "Sure," Stella said and went from there. Hunter looked at Ace then spoke up," Do you think I don't know anything?""What are you talking about, dad?" Ace asked him. "Two days ago you had met an accident," Hunter said and Ace got shocked. "Dad, it was a small accident. I just got hurt in my arm. Nothing serious" Ace said. "It was our business rival’s  work, my son. In the business world, we do not need to make enemies. You will start making it when you start achieving success. They tried to break your arms and legs so you can't attend the Paris meeting. I know you have worked hard for this project that's why I am not stopping you from going but you need to take the bodyguards with you. They can try to harm you in Paris too. And I will not listen to anything about it. One more thing the bodyguards will not listen to your command. So do not shout at them unnecessarily" Hunter said and Ace kept quiet because he knew his dad was right. Stella came with the juice then they had breakfast together. After this Ace left for the airport. After an hour Ace got into his private jet and took his seat. Four bodyguards were sitting behind him. He just wanted to throw them outside but he couldn't. He knew it was for his own self. Ace switched off his phone and took a magazine. The jet soon started flying. Ace kept reading the magazine. Soon a waitress came there and served him a black coffee. Ace was about to take it but one of the bodyguards stopped him. Ace looked at him being confused. The bodyguard took the glass from him and poured down a little amount of coffee in his glass. The bodyguard drank the coffee then he handed the glass to Ace. Ace took the glass and spoke up," They are my loyal person. They will not try to harm me""We are sorry sir, but we cannot let you have anything without checking. Mr. Hunter ordered us to check everything and if we don't do our duty then he will fire us the next moment. We cannot take this risk sir" One of the bodyguards said to him. Ace sighed and gulped down the coffee then started reading the magazine again. After some time, Ace stood up. "Sir, do you need anything?" One of the bodyguards asked him. "No. I am going to my private room. I want to take some rest" Ace said and they nodded. Ace went to his room and two bodyguards stood outside of his room. Ace went to the washroom and got freshened up. Then he came out and sat down on the bed. Although his wounds were healed, sometimes he felt a little pain. Ace laid down on the bed and fell asleep. After fifteen hours the jet landed. Ace got down from the jet. Two cars were already waiting for him. Ace got into his car and the bodyguards got in another car. Soon the drivers started the cars. Ace took out his phone and started checking his emails. After an hour the cars stopped in front of a hotel. One of the bodyguards opened the door for Ace. He got down. When Ace entered the hotel, the manager of this hotel came towards him. "Welcome to our hotel sir. Please come in. Your room is ready." The manager said to him. Ace nodded at him then took the room's key. Then he started going towards his room. The bodyguards also took their keys and followed Ace as their room was beside his. Ace entered his room and put his bag on the bed. Taking out a towel and clothes Ace, entered the washroom. After taking a long shower. He wrapped the towel around his waist and came out. Ace took another towel and started drying his hair. Just then his phone started ringing. Ace took his phone and saw it was Nick. His friend. Ace picked up the call and Nick spoke up," Hey buddy, how are you doing?""Do not ask man. Dad made my life hell. His bodyguards are roaming around me for 24/7 hours. I got sick of this man" Ace spoke up being frustrated. Nick smiled hearing this. "Uncle did this for your good man. How was your journey? And when is your meeting?" Nick asked him. "The journey was good. My meeting is tomorrow" Ace said to him. "Then when are you planning to come back?" Nick asked him. "The day after tomorrow probably," Ace said. "Okay. Take care of yourself. I have to go now" Nick said. "You too, take care," Ace said and disconnected the call. He started drying his hair. When he was done, he wore his clothes and ordered dinner. Taking his laptop, he started working. After some time, he heard a knock at his door. Ace stood up and went towards the door. When he opened the door a waiter entered his room and put his dinner on a table. Ace felt something off in the waiter. Her dress was too short than a usual waiter. "Do you need anything else sir?" The waiter asked him and gave him a dirty look. "What else do you have to serve me?" Ace started playing along with her. The waiter opened the chain of her dress and her dress fell on the ground. She was only in her under garments. "What do you think about this offer?" The woman asked him, giving him a seducing look. Ace smirked and signaled her to come closer. The woman smiled evilly and went towards him. When she was close enough. Ace looked at her head and noticed a small device peeking from her hair. "Do you like the service? You know you can take this service full night for free" The woman said to him. "Truly, your service surprised me. Dad was right" Ace said and removed the device from her hair without making her conscious. The woman smiled and spoke up," By the way why are you here? For any meeting? On which product? I have heard you are so good in business. I have always wanted to work in a company like yours but my fate led me here. I have a plan. Will you play a little game with me?" The woman asked roaming her hand on his chest. "Which game?" Ace asked controlling his anger. He needed to know why the girl came here and who sent her. "Think of me as your PA. Let's discuss the project and in return, we can enjoy a full night." The woman said. Ace smiled and took a few steps back and pressed the alarm. Soon his bodyguards entered his room being alert. "Sir, are you okay? What happened?" One of the bodyguards asked him. The woman got scared watching four men with guns. She was about to go but Ace ordered his bodyguards to hold her. The woman tried to run away but the bodyguards were quick enough to catch her. "Who sent you here?" Ace asked the woman. "What do you mean? I am a waiter. I just came here to give your ordered food" The woman said. "Then what is this?" Ace asked and showed her the device. Watching the device in his hand, the woman gulped in fear. "Speak up before I call the police and hand you over to them," Ace said. Hearing this, the woman started crying. "Speak before we break your every single bone" One of the bodyguards shouted angrily. Just then, the hotel manager entered the room with some security guards. "Sir, this woman is not our staff. She hit one waiter and locked her in the storeroom. She took her clothes and came into your room." The manager said to him. "You should close your hotel if you do not have the ability to protect your customers. This is your VIP hotel where a random girl enter?" Ace shouted at him. The manager looked down in shame. "We are sorry sir. It will never happen again" The manager said and told the security guards to take the woman but Ace stopped them. "We need to know something. Then you can take this woman" Ace said to him. The manager nodded. "Open your mouth woman before I make you" Ace shouted at her. The woman started shaking and spoke up, "I am from your rival company. My boss ordered me to take the project information from you. So, I came here as a waiter." The woman said. "And?" Ace asked her. "I have mixed drugs and sleeping pills in your food so when you fall asleep, I can steal everything. Also, if you take the food you wouldn’t be able to attend the meeting tomorrow. The drugs are very dangerous." The woman said. "Why did you put the device in your hair?" Ace asked her. "To record everything," The woman said. Ace looked at the manager and spoke up," You can take her now but I want her behind the bar""Of course sir. She not only tried to harm you but also she harmed one of our waiters. She will pay for this." The manager said to him. Ace nodded and they left taking the girl with them. One of the bodyguards took the food tray and left the room. "Sir, take rest. We are outside of your room" Saying this, the bodyguards left the room. Ace sat down on the bed. "Bloody fools, instead of working hard they are doing cheap things to get the deal" Ace muttered and closed his laptop. Soon, a bodyguard brought his dinner and then left the room. Ace took his dinner and laid down on the bed. Tomorrow, he would have to work hard to get the deal. Next morning Ace's POV "Beep beep..beep Beep beep..beep" Hearing this annoying sound, I got so irritated and pulled up the blanket and covered my body. "Beep beep..beep Beep beep..beep" But this annoying sound kept coming into my ears. "Who is dying? Shut the hell up" I shouted and closed my eyes and tried to sleep again when my phone started ringing. "Great. Just great" I muttered and picked the call without seeing the id. "Who?" I asked rudely. "Sir, it is Max. Your PA" He spoke up nervously. "What is it? Why did you call me" I asked him. "Sir, you have a meeting after an hour so I wanted to remind you about this," He said and my sleep totally went away. I pushed the blanket from my body and sat up. "Shit" I muttered looking at the clock. "Is everything ready for the meeting?" I asked him. "Yes sir. Everything is okay" He said. "Did the client reach already?" I asked him again. "No sir. But they are on their way" He informed me. "Okay. I am going" Saying this, I ran into the washroom and took a quick shower. After getting dressed I came out and started drying my hair. It was already 7.30 am. "Shit I have a meeting at 8" I muttered and wore my suit and watch. Just then I heard a knock on the door. "Who is it?" I shouted and took my laptop. "Sir, it is your bodyguard. Your breakfast is ready" He said. "I am already late for the meeting. I cannot take breakfast now. I will take it after my meeting. Get the car ready" I shouted. "Okay sir," He said and went away. After getting ready, I left my room. When I came outside, I saw my car was already ready. "Good morning sir" The bodyguards greeted me politely and I nodded at them. One of the bodyguards opened the door for me. I entered the car and soon the driver started the car. After 25 minutes the car stopped in front of the office. One of the bodyguards opened the door for me. I got down. When I entered the office, a man came towards me. "Welcome to our office sir. Everyone is waiting in the meeting room. This way please" He said leading me the way. I nodded at him. "Go in, sir. Our CEO will be here in five minutes" The man said and opened the door for me. I entered the room and saw that many businessmen were already waiting there. I took my seat and put my laptop on the table. After five minutes the CEO came and started the meeting. After two long hours of choosing, he finally selected my project. "Congratulations Mr. King.  You have done a great job. We are happy to get the chance to work with you." The CEO said. "Same here," I said and we shook our hands. Then we had breakfast there and then I left. When I came outside my bodyguards opened the door for me. I got in. "Where to sir?" The driver asked. "Back to the hotel," I said. The driver nodded and started the car.

Chapter 6 Chapter 4

Author's POV Ace was working at his cabin when he heard a knock at his door. "Come in," Ace said and his PA entered his cabin. "Sir, Mr. Jack is trying to take your appointment from yesterday," His PA said. "I do not have time for him. Just tell him I do not want to work with his company" Ace said to him. "Sir, he said if you do not visit his home today, he will visit your home," His PA said and Ace fisted his hand angrily. Jack used to be his father's best friend. More like a brother. But when Jack cheated on his wife Lilly, who was another best friend of his father. Hunter got angry at Jack and their friendship broke when Lilly heard Jack's PA was pregnant with Jack's child. Lilly was not able to bear this pain. She was not able to see her husband with someone else. His betrayal was too much for her to handle so she ended up taking her life leaving her four years' old son behind. Hunter then took a vow that he would  give justice to his friend. But he wasn’t able to prove anything to the police. Everyone just wanted to hear that she took her life but no one wanted to listen to why she took that step. Hunter's hatred increased more when Jack left his four year old son Nick in an orphanage. Hunter didn't waste any time and adopted Nick and gave him his surname. But this incident left a deep spot on Nick's heart. That day not only Hunter lost his best friend, but Ace also lost his best friend. After this Nick started keeping distance from everyone. He became so quiet. Hunter understood if he would keep Nick here, he would never be able to forget his past. Then he sent Nick and Ace to boarding school in another country. "Sir" Ace's PA called him breaking his thoughts. "Anything else?" Ace asked him. "Sir, a lady has come from an orphanage. She wants to meet you but she has no appointment. Should I let her in sir?" His PA asked him. "There is no need to talk to me. She may want money for the orphanage. Ask the amount and give her the money" Ace said to him. "Sir, I have already told her about it. But she just wants to meet you. And she said it is very urgent." His PA said. "Okay. Send her" Ace said to him. "Okay sir," His PA said and left the room. Soon Ace heard a knock at his door. "Come in," Ace said and an old lady entered his cabin. "Good morning, Mr. King" The lady greeted him. "Good morning. Take a seat" Ace said and the lady sat down. "Sir, Mr. Jack and his son James visited our orphanage last week. They want to build a night club there. They want to buy the orphanage. When I denied, they threatened me that they will kidnap the orphanage girls and sell them. You and your father always helped us in danger. Please sir save us this time too. I am so scared about the safety of our kids" The lady requested him. "Do not worry about it. I will take care of it. Go home" Ace said. The lady thanked him and left from there. "It is time to visit you Mr. Jack Sullivan" Ace muttered then started working again. At Night "Sir, we have reached" The driver spoke up. Ace got down and entered Sullivan's mansion. When he entered the living room, he found his Jack, Maria, and James were sitting in the living room. "Good evening, Mr. King. What a pleasant surprise" James greeted him. Ace gave him a hard look and sat in front of Jack "Why did you call me?" Ace asked him rudely. "Come on my boy, we called you because you missed you. Don't you miss us?" James spoke up. Ace felt his voice was filled up with disgust. "Shut your mouth. I am not here to talk to you" Ace shouted at him. "Ace, mind your language. He is my son" Jack, shouted at him. "Cut the crap. Tell me why have you called me?" Ace asked him. "Ace" Jack shouted angrily and stood up but Maria held his hand. "Honey, come down. Don't get angry" Maria said. "I do not have any freaking time to watch this bullshit. Tell me why did you call me?" Ace said deadly. "Why did you reject the deal with my company?" Jack asked him. Ace chuckled and spoke up, "So, you have finally come to the point. I rejected it because I don't like your project. Simple is that""I want you to work with my company," Jack said to him. "I am not your employee Mr. Jack Sullivan," Ace said to him. "Don't forget I am your dad's friend. I am your uncle" Jack shouted at him. "You do not need to mention it. I cursed the thing every second of my life. I felt like killing you whenever Nick's face came in front of me" Ace replied back. "Why the hell do you not want to work with my company? Don't fucking say that my project was bad. My company is also one of the most successful companies in this country" Jack shouted being frustrated. "You are right. Your project was not bad. But still, I do not want to work with your company" Ace replied calmly. "Why?" Jack asked him. "When the boss of this company has no loyalty in him, how can I trust his company? Maybe you will betray me just like you betrayed my aunty Lilly" Ace said to him. "Don't freaking bring personal things in business.  And you also sleep around. Then how are you different from me?" Jack shouted back. "I do not sleep around keeping a wife at my home. My aunt used to love you more than her life. She gave you everything. And in return, you cheated on her with your assistant. I am not a cheater like you" Ace shouted at him and stood up to leave the mansion. "You will regret one day for not working with me," Jack said. "Ace King never regrets a useless thing. And don't call me here again" Ace said and left the mansion. "Bastard" Jack muttered and sat down on the sofa. "He has crossed his limits this time dad. Let's teach him a lesson" James spoke up. "No. Don't ever think about it" Maria spoke up. "Why are you taking his side suddenly?" James asked his mom. "I am not taking his side. Do you know why he always talks freely and involves himself in any trouble? Because he has no weakness. He doesn't have any fear of losing anyone. Let him fall for someone then we will teach him the perfect lesson. We will hurt him without hurting him. He will feel pain without getting hurt" Maria said evilly. "Killing the snake without breaking the stick," James said and Maria smiled evilly. Ace entered his car then called his PA. When he picked up the call, Ace spoke up," Send me the all evidence against James Sullivan. And send another copy to Jack Sullivan""Okay sir," His PA said and Ace disconnected the call then he started driving towards his home.

Chapter 7 Chapter 5

Author's POV Ace was working in his cabin when he heard a knock at his door. "Come in," Ace said and his PA entered the room. "What is it, Max?" Ace asked him. "Sir, Mr. Sullivan is here. He is waiting outside. Shall I send him in?" Max asked him. Hearing this Ace smirked. "Yeah, sure. Send him" Ace said to him. "Okay sir" Saying this he left his cabin. Ace took a deep breath to deal with the devil. Soon he heard a knock at his door. "Come in," Ace said and Jack entered the room. "Good afternoon, son. How are you doing, my boy?" Jack asked him... Ace fisted his hand in anger. "It is Mr. King for you, Mr. Sullivan. l think you already forgot I agreed to meet you professionally" Ace said to him gritting his teeth. Jack felt awkward hearing this. He sat down before Ace then spoke up again," Why so formalities? You are my best friend's son. You are like my own son" Hearing this Ace felt like killing him. "Son? Do you even know the meaning of this word, Mr. Sullivan? You are the worst father in this world. In fact, you do not deserve to call father" Ace said and Jack fisted his hand under the table. "Nick left me by his own just like his mother," Jack said. "I see, you are trying to work with Steal company," Ace said and it was enough for Jack to stop his nonsense talk. "What do you mean?" Jack asked him. "What if Steal company comes to know last time you cheated on him. You delivered the low-quality products although you have sent the high-quality products as samples. Because of your low class products,  their last few flyovers broke down even before they were ready" Ace said and Jack's face went pale. "Di..did you spy on me?" Jack shouted at him. "Lower your voice, Mr. Sullivan. Do not forget you are standing on my territory. I did not spy on you. Your so-called businessman foolish son left enough proof. You can send your son here. My watchman can even teach your son how to hide your deeds" Ace said to him. Jack got angry at James hearing this. "What do you want?" Jack asked him. "Back off from your Night Club project. Never ever dare to look at the orphanage" Ace said to him. "What? No. I have already paid for the orphanage" Jack said to him. "Oh, believe me, dear uncle. The proof is all ready. My PA needs seconds to send the mail. I can send your beloved son behind the bar within two minutes and about the evidence, you already know my brother like friend Nick can take care of it." Ace said and leaned against the chair. Jack looked at Ace with anger. "Why do you always put your nose in my business? There are many businessmen in this country doing illegal works to gain profit. Then why are you behind me only?" Jack asked him. "Because you are my enemy. And I love to care for my enemy. Now the choice is yours. Move back from the project or go to jail along with your son" Ace said to him. "I need some time to think about it," Jack said. "Sure. You have thirty seconds" Ace said to him. Hearing this, Jack got angrier. He stood up at once. "Okay. I will move back from the project. But I have a condition" Jack said. "You are not in the situation to put conditions, Mr. Sullivan. The door is there. Get out" Ace said pointing his hand towards the exit door. Jack cursed James and Ace then turned to leave the cabin when Ace spoke up again," Tell your son to work hard instead of trying to kill another for getting project " Jack turned towards him with shock. "What do you mean?" Jack asked him. "It was James who tried to kill me. He was behind my accident. Nick and my father won't take a minute to destroy you both if they come to know about this. This is my last warning. Now get lost from here" Ace said. Jack left his cabin while killing James in his mind. At Farmhouse James was fucking a girl roughly when he heard a knock at his room. "Come in" James shouted still thrusting inside her roughly. The prostitute was crying in pain. James's personal bodyguard entered the room. James changed their position and laid down on the bed. The prostitute covered herself. "What is it?" James asked his bodyguard. "Sir, the killers are here" His bodyguard answered. Hearing this James smiled evilly. James pushed the girl from him and stood up. "Are they ready to attack him again?" James asked him. "No sir. They don't want to do this job" His bodyguard said to him. "What do you mean?" James asked him angrily. Just then the killers entered the room. The prostitute ran inside the washroom. James's bodyguard kept quiet hearing his angry voice. "What did you say? You will not kill the bastard Ace King" James asked them. "Sir, we can't do this work. Someone protecting Ace King without Mr. Ace King's Knowledge" His bodyguard told him and he looked towards his killers whom he sent to kill the bastard, Ace King. He walked towards the killer and spoke up," You useless bastards I sent 10 people to kill one person but you all were unable to do it. You fucking useless bastards" Those killers looked down. "We are sorry Mr. Sullivan. We did our best. But as I said someone is protecting him. And last night our two men went missing. I am afraid that those men are after us. So, we need to get out from this city" One of the killers told him. "That bastard born with good luck like Nick," James said to himself. "What should we do now sir?" James's bodyguard asked him. "Prepare my car. I need to go home now" James said. His bodyguard nodded at him then they left the room. At Sullivan Mansion Maria was sitting on a couch looking at her husband who was walking in the living room being so angry. "Honey, what is the matter? Why are you so angry?" Maria asked Jack. Jack looked at her and spoke up," Where is your useless son? I swear I will kill him one day for his childish nature. He has ruined everything""What are you talking about? What is his fault? What has he done?" Maria asked Jack being confused "He fucking tried to kill Ace" Jack shouted angrily. Maria gasped in shock hearing this. "What are you saying?" Maria asked him. "Your useless son has lost his mind" Jack shouted again. Just then James came here. When James looked at his dad's furious expression he understood at once that he came to know about his deed. James got nervous and started going towards his room when Jack shouted," Stop right there, James Sullivan" James cursed under his breath and looked at his dad. "Why did you do this? Are you fucking out of your mind? Why the hell did you do this?" Jack shouted at James. "Because I want him dead. Because of him, we are facing loss in our company. I just want him fucking dead" James shouted back. Jack stood in front of James and slapped him hard. "Be prepared to go behind the bar. Ace will never leave you. He will find you soon" Ace said to him. "He can not find me. Because it wasn't me who attacked on him. I used some professional killers to do this work" James said to him. "Don't you freaking know Nick owns the best detectives and investigators agency in this country. Do you think Nick will keep quiet when someone tried to kill his best friend? Then the answer is no. Fucking no. When he finds, you are behind this he will destroy us all in bonus. He will use his full power to find you. You have ruined everything. Did you hear me? You have ruined everything" Jack shouted and James got nervous hearing this. "Dad, I didn't think this way" James shutter "Get out from here. I do not want to see your face" Jack shouted and James went towards his room. "What should we do now?" Maria asked Hunter. "We need to use those killers" Maria muttered to himself. "But, how?" Maria asked him. "James" Jack called his son. James entered the living room. "Yes, dad" He replied being nervous. "Where are the killers?" Jack asked him. "They are leaving this country tonight" James replied. "Tell them to surrender themselves and in return, you will give them a nice amount. Also, ensure them we will bring them out from jail in no time" Jack said to James. "But Dad, what if they denied?" James asked him. "They are not fools like you. They know about Ace and Nick's power very well unlike you. Now stop putting your fucking nose in it and contact them right now" Jack said to him angrily. James nodded at his dad and left from there. "Ace will doubt if they surrender themselves by their own" Maria said to him. "He will not," Jack said. "How can you be so sure about this?" Maria asked him. "I just know," Jack said. He knew Ace would not take action this time. He did this because he needed to make his foolish son understand.

Chapter 8 Chapter 6

Author's POV Hearing the alarm, Ace woke up and looked at the wall clock. It was 7 in the morning.. Ace held his forehead as it was paining. Ace cursed the person who made this damm alarm as its sound increased his headache. "Dammm. This is so annoying" Ace muttered then sat down on his bed. He opened the bed side drawer and picked up the medicine. He poured a glass of water and gulped down the medicine. Ace put down the glass on the table then took his phone and mailed his assistant about today's schedule. Then he put his phone on his bed and got down from his bed. He went towards his closet and took out his clothes. Then he entered his washroom and took a long bath. After dressing up he came out and saw his room was clean. Ace took his laptop, car keys, his wallet. Then he wore his coat and came downstairs. A maid ran towards him and gave him black coffee. Ace took the coffee mug and sat on a couch. He took the newspaper and started reading the business news. But his headache was making it difficult for him to read the newspaper. Ace put down the newspaper after reading the business news only. Ace saw the maid already set the dining table. His parents went to another city to meet their relatives. Ace took his breakfast then opened his phone. His PA already sent him his schedule. Ace saw he just had a meeting that too after 12. "Then I can take some rest now," Ace said and went towards his room. He entered his room and loosened his tie then sat down on his bed. After three hours Ace was about to enter his office floor when he heard a laughing sound. Ace closed his eyes to control his anger. "So, they thought as their boss is absent today, they can do whatever they want" Ace muttered. Ace looked at his PA. His PA looked down in fear. Ace fisted his hand in anger. As soon he entered his office he saw few employees were talking to each other instead of working. Watching this, he fisted his hand and made his way towards them and stood beside them. Ace's blood boiled up when one of his employees put his hand on his shoulder thinking he was also an employee. Ace cleared his throat. They looked beside feeling a figure and their eyes widened in shock seeing the devil standing in front them.. Yeah, in-office everyone called him a devil as he never showed respect towards his employees. The employees gulped in fear seeing their boss's dangerous eyes. "Did I hire you all for talking to each other instead of working? Or do you all think I pay you for this damn talking? It was just two weeks since you all joined this company and you forget the rules already" Ace shouted at them in his venomous voice. The whole floor went silent when they heard the devil was back. They started praying to God for saving them from their devil boss.. One of the employees spoke up fearfully," S.. so.. sorry sir. We thou...thought yo..you will not com..come to the office today. Pl.. please for.. forgive us. We wi.. will ne.. never do it again. Just gi. give us a chance" Ace looked at them dangerously and spoke up,"Oh, so when you guys heard your boss will not come today and you guys started enjoying instead of doing your work carefully. My company is not a charity club where I have to show mercy. The peoples who do not know the value of punctuality don't go with me. You all are fired" Before they could say something, Ace entered his cabin. After completing the file, Ace put his signature and was about to take another file when he heard a knock. "Come in," Ace said and his PA entered his cabin. "What is it?" Ace asked him. "Sir, my mother is fell sick suddenly. She is now admitted to the hospital. I have to go, sir. Please give me a day off" He requested Ace. Hearing this, Ace looked at him. "Go and my company will bear all cost of your mother's treatment," Ace said to him. Hearing this, his PA got shocked. He had never thought his boss would help him. "Thank you, sir. Thank you so much" His PA said and left the room. After few hours Ace again heard a knock at his door. "Come in," Ace said and his manager entered. "What is it?" Ace asked him. "Sir, Max's mother's condition is very critical. Doctors told him to take his mother in London. Max called me and applied for loan. What should I do sir?" His manager asked him "Book two first-class plane tickets and make all arrangements. I want to bear every cost of his mother's treatment. Give him one month off. Also, hire a new PA for me" Ace said. His manager nodded at him gratefully then left his cabin. And on the other side "Sorry dear, there is no vacancy," The hotel manager said. Hearing this Amelia's face went pale. "But ma'am just last night I saw the post you wanted five employees," Amelia said to her. "I know dear, but our owner has sent five people early in the morning. We had no option than hiring them" The hotel manager gave her a apologetic look. "It's okay. Thank you for your time" Amelia said then left from there. It had been one month since she was trying to find a job but her fate didn't support her. Amelia came out from the hotel and sat down on a bench near the road. She was roaming here and there since morning for a job. Few companies selected her but they asked for bribes. Amelia left from there. "What should I do now?" Amelia muttered to herself. "I have been searching for a job since last month but still now I can not find a job" Amelia muttered sadly and stood up and started walking towards her home. After half an hour she reached her home. Amelia got inside and called her parents but they were not at home. "Maybe, mom went outside with dad to get some fresh air" Amelia muttered and entered her room. After getting fresh, she opened her laptop and started searching for a job. When she heard the land phone was ringing. Amelia came out from her room and entered the living room. She picked up the telephone. "Hello, is this Mrs. Jenny Williams. I am talking from LCC Bank" The person said. Amelia got confused hearing this. "I am Jenny Williams's daughter. You can talk to me" Anemia said to her. "Ma'am, your mom applied for a loan last week but I am sorry to inform you we can not give you the loan against your home. Please inform this to your mom" The person said and disconnected the call. Amelia put down the call. "Why did mom apply for a loan?" Amelia whispered "Is there any problem? Is mom hiding something from me?" Amelia muttered to herself and entered her room. She took her phone and called her mommy but she didn't pick up the call. "I will ask her about the matter when she will come back," Amelia said to herself then entered her room again. She sat down on her bed and started searching for a job. When she saw King Corporation needed a PA for CEO. Amelia got happy and applied for the post immediately. "I hope I get selected in the interview." Amelia whispered then entered the kitchen to make dinner.

Chapter 9 Chapter 7

Author's POV Amelia was reading a book when her phone started ringing. Amelia put down her book and picked up her phone. She saw it was an unknown number. Amelia picked up the call and the person from the other side spoke up," Is this Amelia William?""Yes. It's me" Amelia said. "Ma'am I am talking from King Corporation. Your CV has been selected for the interview. The interview is tomorrow at 9 A.M." The person said. Amelia's eyes got watery in happiness. "Thank you. Thank you so much" Amelia said gratefully. "My pleasure ma'am. Be here tomorrow in time. Have a good day" The person said and disconnected the call. Amelia thanked God then came out from her room. She saw her parents were sitting in the living room. "Mom, Dad King Corporation has selected me for the interview," Amelia said to them happily. Hearing this Amelia's dad's eyes widened. He got lost in some thought. "Dad, are you okay?" Amelia asked him. "Yes, dear. And congratulations honey" Her dad said and smiled but this time his smile didn't reach his eyes. "Thank you, dad. Dad, I am going for shopping. I need to buy a formal dress for the interview" Amelia said and they nodded at her. Amelia took her bag then left from there. "I think, we should stop her Matt. I am having a bad feeling about it" Jenny said to her husband. "No honey. Don't stop her or tell her about the accident. Let her do this" Matthew said to his wife. Jenny nodded at her husband but in her heart, she was still against of it. At shopping mall Amelia entered the shopping mall and chose a white decent dress. She paid for the dress and was about to leave the mall when she bumped into a person. "I am sorry. Are you okay?" Amelia asked the girl. The girl looked at Amelia and spoke up," Amy""Sam! How are you?" Amelia asked her. Amelia and Samaria were college friends. "I am okay, Amy. How are you?" Samaria asked her. "I am fine," Amelia said and smiled at her. "So, how is life going on?" Sam asked her. "Not bad. What about you?" Amelia asked her. "Oh, so busy. Being a doctor is not an easy thing. Anyway, what you are doing tonight? Are you free?" Sam asked her. "Actually, I have an interview tomorrow. But I am free. Why are you asking about it?" Amelia asked her. "Today is my birthday. I am celebrating it in a club. Will you come please?" Samaria asked her. "Happy Birthday Sam. But I do not think I can come" Amelia said to her. "Please, Amy, come. It will be fun. I have invited our all friends. We will meet after a long time" Samaria said to her. "Sam, you know I do not like clubs. And my parents will never give me permission for it" Amelia said to her. "I know you do not like clubs because you are not comfortable around strangers. But Amy, the club is not a random club. It is a VIP club. And dad already booked the club for tonight. You do not need to feel uncomfortable about it" Samaria said to her. "Okay then. I will ask my parents if they allow me I will come otherwise I will not" Amelia said to her. "Okay," Samaria said to her. Amelia smiled and left the shop and stood near the road for a taxi. "Taxi" Amelia showed her hand to stop a taxi and when a taxi stopped, Amelia got inside. "Where to ma'am?" The taxi driver asked. Amelia said to him the address politely. The taxi driver nodded at her then started the taxi. Amelia took out a note and started reading for the interview. After some time the taxi stopped making a weird sound. Amelia thought they had reached her home but when she looked outside she saw the taxi was in the middle of her journey. "What happened? Why did you stop the taxi?" Amelia asked him. "Give me one minute ma'am," The taxi driver said and got down to check his taxi. When the taxi driver opened the front part he saw something was burnt. "Ma'am, I think you should take another taxi. It will take time to fix the problem" The taxi driver said to her. Amelia got down and paid him then started walking as there was no taxi around. Amelia was walking carefully as the road was muddy but suddenly a very expensive car passed her and mud and dirty water splashed on her dress. Amelia got shocked. "You blind fool" Amelia shouted and picked up a stone and threw it towards the car. The stone hit the car's glass. The man stopped his car at once. He looked at his glass and saw it was broken. He fisted his hand in anger as it was his most favorite car also it was so expensive. When Amelia saw the car stooped, she walked towards the car with anger. The man got down from his car and his eyes widened when he saw a breathtakingly gorgeous girl was coming towards him angrily. But soon he controlled himself thinking about his beloved car. When Amelia came near the man then she shouted angrily," You blind driver. Don't you have eyes? Who gave you a driving license ha? Which fool gave you?""Mind your tongue girl. It was you who was walking beside my car. You should have kept distance instead of walking middle of the road like a fool" The man said to her. Amelia gritted her teeth angrily and spoke up, "Fool? You are the fool here. And you fool, blind man it was you who made my dress dirty. Who gave you a driving license? Ha, who gave you when you don't know how to drive? Which fool gave you? Just see what you have done to my dress" Amelia again shouted at him. "I think I have added a little more color on your dress," The man said casually like it didn't matter to him and Amelia got angrier. "Do you think it is a joke?" Amelia asked him angrily. "It is my pleasure if you find it is a joke sweetheart but I don't have freaking time for creating useless jokes," The man said to her. Amelia felt her anger reached on nine clouds. She looked at his expensive blue coat and hugged him suddenly. The man was taken back. His heart started beating faster. His hands were down. He closed his eyes and felt peace. He was about to wrap his arms around her unwillingly when Amelia moved back and gave him an evil smirk. The man looked at her with confusion. "Your coat is now looking nice" Amelia whispered. Before he could call her the taxi drove away. He made an annoying face and removed his coat and he wore the extra coat he had kept in his car. Then he put the muddy coat in a bag. As much as he wanted to follow her but he could not do it. He had an important meeting to attend. "Next time I will not leave you, wild cat," He said and started his car towards his office.

Chapter 10 Chapter 8

Author's POV Ace woke up hearing the alarm. He turned off the alarm and got down from the bed. He went towards his closet then took out his clothes. Ace put down the clothes on his bed and entered the washroom. After taking a long shower she turned off the shower then wrapped a towel around his waist. Ace took another towel and came out while wiping his hair. He threw the towel on the couch then got dressed up. Then he took his wallet, phone, car key, and laptop bag then he came downstairs. Ace entered the living room and put his laptop on a couch then he went towards the dining table. His parents were already waiting for him. Ace greeted them and took his seat. His mom served him the breakfast. Ace took the breakfast then left for the office. At Office Ace was working when he heard a knock at his door. "Come in," Ace said and his manager entered his cabin. "What is it?" Ace asked him. "Sir, I need your signature on this file," His manager said and put the file in front of Ace. Ace took the file and roamed his sharp eyes all over it. When he was satisfied, he put his signature on it. "Thank you, sir," His manager said and took the file. "Is everything ready for the interview?" Ace asked him. "Yes sir. Tomorrow, we will take the interview. Sir, do you want to take the interview or do you want me to take it?" His manager asked him. "I will take it," Ace said to him. "Okay sir," His manager said and left his cabin. Ace took another file and started checking when his phone started ringing. Ace looked at his phone and saw his mom was calling him. Ace picked up the call. "Yes mom""Ace, will you receive Nick from the airport or should I send a car?" Mrs. King asked her son. "No, mom. I will go to receive him" Ace said. "Okay. And don't drop him at his penthouse. Bring him here" Mrs. King said. "Okay, mom. I will" Ace said and his mom disconnected the call. Ace looked at his watch and saw Nick's flight will land after 39 minutes. Ace closed his file and took his car key then left his cabin. At Airport Ace was leaning against his car and he saw Nick coming out from the airport. A smile displayed on his lips after seeing his best friend after a long time. Nick smiled at Ace and both hugged each other. "I am glad that you finally came back," Ace said. "What to do when mom kept blackmailing me?" Nick said and both of them got smiling. Soon they got inside the car. "Well your mom ordered me to take you to King Mansion, not in your penthouse," Ace said and started his car. Nick smiled hearing this. "I know. I already promised mom that I will live in the king's mansion only" Nick said and Ace smiled. Nick called Mrs. King mom but he never called Mr. King as father. Because he hated the word father. "It is time to take over the things which are rightfully mine" Nick whispered. "Indeed you are right. Time to show you are no longer the weak kid" Ace said and Nick nodded. After some time they reached the King Mansion. Ace parked his car then they both came out. Mrs. King hugged Nick. She was so happy because her son came back home. Then they entered the living room. "Mom, take care of your beloved son. I have a meeting after an hour. I need to go. See you in the evening" Ace said and they both smiled. Ace got inside his car then started driving when his phone beeped up. Ace took out his phone and saw it was a mail. Ace was checking the mail when a stone hit the car's glass. Ace stopped his car at once. He looked at his glass and saw it was broken. He fisted his hand in anger as it was his most favorite car also it was so expensive. Ace opened his seatbelt. When Amelia saw the car stooped she walked towards the car with anger. He gets down from his car and his eyes went widen when he saw a breathtaking gorgeous girl was coming towards him angrily. But soon he controlled himself thinking about his beloved car. When Amelia came near the man then she shouted angrily," You blind driver. Don't you have eyes? Who did give you a driving license ha? Which fool did give you?""Mind your tongue girl. It was you who walking beside my car. You should have kept distance instead of walking in the middle of the road like a fool" Ace said to her. Amelia gritted her teeth angrily and spoke up, "Fool? You are the fool here. And you fool, blind man it was you who made my dress dirty. Who did give you a driving license? Ha, who gave you when you didn't know how to drive? Which fool gave you? Just see what you have done to my dress" Amelia again shouted at him. "I think I have added a little more color on your dress," Ace said to her casually like it doesn't matter to him and Amelia got angrier. "Do you think it is a joke?" Amelia asked him angrily. "It is my pleasure if you find it is a joke sweetheart but I don't have freaking time for creating useless jokes," Ace said to her. Amelia felt her anger reached on nine clouds. She looked at his expensive blue coat and hugged him suddenly. Ace was taken back. His heart started beating faster. His hands were remained down. He closed his eyes and felt peace. Without his will, he was about to wrap his arms around her unwillingly when Amelia moved back and gave him an evil smirk. Ace looked at her with confusion. Chapter 11 Chapter 9

Author's POV Ace and Nick entered the club and went to the VIP section. They took their seats and ordered cold drinks. "Why did you not take action against James and his father when they were behind your accident?" Nick asked Ace and sipped his cold drink. Ace looked at him with little shock. "How did you know about this?" Ace asked him. "I was far from you but my eyes were not far," Nick said to him. "I did not want to create a useless mess. And it was a small accident. I have already threatened Jack about it" Ace said and Nick nodded at him. Just then they heard a birthday song that started playing on the ground floor. "What is happening down there?" Ace asked a waiter. "A birthday party sir," The waiter said to him. Ace nodded just then they saw James entering the VIP section with a girl. Ace and Nick both saw him but they ignored him totally like he was a stranger to them. James was about to take his seat when his eyes fell on them. An evil smirk displayed on his lips. He came towards them. "Hello, dear brother. Finally you came back. I am hurt dear brother. After 21 years you finally came back but you did not find it important to meet your family" James taunted Nick. Ace was about to shout at him but Nick held his hand. "Don't worry. I will come to meet you all. But I don't think you are going to love my visit. Tell your dad to be prepared for leaving the things which belonged to my mom " Nick said and James got taken back hearing him. He went away from there immediately. On the ground floor Amelia entered the club being nervous. When she entered, she found Samaria talking to some people. As soon as Samaria's eyes fell on Amelia, she smiled and came towards her. "Hey, Amy. I am so glad that you are here. Come" Samaria said and took her towards a table where their college friends were gossiping. "Guys, look, our Amelia is here," Samaria said and everyone looked at her. Amelia smiled at them nervously then sat down. "Sam, the party is so boring. Let's do something interesting" Max said. "Sure. What do you want to do?" Samaria asked him. "Let's play truth and dare. But there is an extra rule if someone denies doing his or her part, he or she has to bear punishment" Max suggested. Everyone nodded at him. Then they started playing. After some time Max spinned the bottle and it stopped in front of Amelia. Amelia got nervous. First, she didn't want to play but as everyone agreed to play, she had no option. "So, Amelia. Truth or dare?" Max asked him. "Dare" Before Amelia said one of their college friends spoke up. "Guys, it is out of the rules. Let her choose" Samaria said to them. "Why? What is wrong with it? Is your friend afraid of dare?" Max asked. Samaria was about to say something but Amelia spoke up," I am ready" Max smirked at his victory. He wanted to make her embarrassed. During their college days, he proposed to her but she rejected him on his face which hurt his ego. He wanted to take revenge but Amelia changed college. He got the chance after five years. "Okay. Look upstairs. Look at the black jacket wearing man" Max said to her pointing to the VIP section. Everyone looked upstairs. "What do I need to do?" Amelia asked him. "Go and kiss him," Max said and everyone started laughing. Just Amelia and Samaria looked at him with anger. "What?" Amelia asked being shocked. "It is not right," Samaria said. "Then bear the punishment. Give us a hot dance" Max said. "Max, this is crazy. She is not going to do it' Samaria said. "Oh come on. It is a game only" Max said and everyone nodded at him. "Of course it is a game. But games should come to our life to give us happiness not an embarrassing moment" Samaria said. "She has to do one of them. Isn't it guys?" Max asked looking at everyone. Everyone nodded at him. "Come on Sam, it is not like Amy never kissed a guy. It is not a big deal" Another one said. Amelia was cursing herself for coming here. "So, are you ready or want to give us the hot dance?" Max asked him. Amelia glared at him and stood up and went towards the upstairs. She looked at the black jacket wearing man who was talking to another man. Amelia prayed in her mind and stood behind him. Taking a deep breath, she grabbed his hand and turned him towards her. Her eyes fixed on his lips. She didn't even look at his face. Before the man could say something Amelia pulled his jacket and put her lips on his. Amelia felt butterflies dancing in her belly as soon as his lips met with hers. Amelia moved back quickly and ran downstairs without seeing the man whom she just gave her first kiss. Amelia went to the washroom directly and splashed water on her face. She touched her lips. "What have I done?" Amelia said to herself. "I shouldn’t have come here. I have to leave from here" Amelia whispered then came out from the washroom. She left the club without informing anyone. She came outside and saw there was no taxi because the weather was bad and it was almost midnight. "I have to walk," Amelia said and started walking towards her home but she didn't know a few drunk men were following her. When Amelia heard the thunder sound, she started walking fast but soon she saw some shadows beside her. Amelia stopped and turned when she saw few people were following her. They looked drunk and they had knives in their hands. Amelia got scared and started running. The men also followed her. And on the other side Ace was driving his car. Nick as usual picked up a random girl and left for his penthouse. Ace cursed in his mind when the kiss scene came into his mind. He was so shocked when he saw the wild cat who dared to break his car's window. He was going to say something but she shut him with a kiss. Ace's mind was blank. He got lost until Nick shook him. Ace looked around for her but as usual, she vanished in the air just like before. Thunder was blooming heavily. It was raining hard. "Shit" Ace muttered under his breath. He was driving towards his home in this bad weather. The rain was making it so difficult for him to drive. Although the road was empty because of the heavy rain, road went under water. Ace felt he was driving in the sea. Suddenly, his phone started ringing. Ace looked at his phone and saw it was his mom. He picked up the call," Yes mom" "Son, I and your father are stuck in the hotel. Because of the bad weather we cannot come back home. You two have dinner and don't worry " Mrs. King said to him. "Okay, mom" Ace said and cut the call when his car hit something. He heard a scream and stopped his car immediately. He came out of his car and saw a body was laying in front of his car. The person was covered by a long coat. "Shit. What have I done?" Ace whispered in horror. He ran towards the person and turned her towards him. His eyes widened when he saw it was his wild cat. He felt his heart break into tiny pieces when he saw her condition. "Hey, angel woke up. Please wake up" Ace patted her cheeks. Amelia looked up at him and whispered, "P..please sa...save me" Saying this she closed her eyes. Ace's eyes widened in shock when she closed his eyes. Just then he saw some boys were standing in front of them. They had knives in their hands. Ace understood at once why she was in this condition. The boys looked at Amelia and thought she was dead. They ran away from there. Ace picked her up and put her in the back seat. He took out his phone and told his family doctor to reach their mansion as soon as possible. Disconnecting the call, he got in his car and started driving towards the mansion. Ace put her on his bed and told his maid to change her clothes then he came out of this room. His maid changed her clothes and made her wear Ace's shirt. Then she put a blanket on her and covered her properly. Soon the doctor came. After some time the doctor came and started checking her. "How is she?" Ace asked the doctor when he came out. "She is okay now. She got unconscious because of stress and fear. I have already given her sleeping pill. Hopefully, she will be alright when she gets up tomorrow" The doctor said to him. "Thank you" Ace, said and the doctor left from there. Ace entered his room and saw her sleeping peacefully. He sat down beside her and held her hand softly. "Why do you always fall in danger? Why are you so careless?" Ace whispered to her although he knew she could not hear him. Ace saw her purse on the table. He picked it up and opened the purse. He took out her ID card to find out her name. "Amelia Williams" Ace whispered. "Nice name" Ace muttered and put the ID in her purse again. Then he took her phone and messaged her mom that she would stay at her friend's house tonight. Then he got up from the bed and went inside the washroom. He took a bath then came out wearing his clothes. He sat down on the couch and looked at Amelia. He laid down on the couch. He did not want to make her uncomfortable by sleeping on the same bed. In the Morning, Amelia woke up when the sunlight fell on her eyes. When she opened her eyes she found herself in an unfamiliar luxurious room. Amelia held the blanket tightly when she remembered everything. Amelia looked around and saw the same person whose car glass she broke in the morning was sleeping on the couch. Amelia saw her clothes on the table. She got down from the bed carefully and wore her clothes then she left the room without making any noise. When she came downstairs her eyes widened watching the beauty of the mansion. "Good morning, Ma'am. How are you feeling now? Do you need anything?" A maid asked her. "Do you know me?" Amelia asked her. "Yes. Sir brought you home last night and told me to change your dress" The maid said to her. "Thank you for helping me. Can you show me the way out? I want to go from here" Amelia asked her. "Sorry, ma'am. I cannot let you out until sir tells me" The maid said making Amelia shocked. "Your sir only told me to go back. He is taking a shower right now. I have an interview to attend. Show me the way" Amelia lied to her. "Okay, Ma'am," The maid said and led her the way out. Amelia came out and took a taxi and left from there. And on the other side Ace opened his eyes and found the bed empty. Ace got up at once. "Where is she? She must be in the washroom" Ace thought and looked at her washroom door but it was opened. Ace went towards the door and spoke up," Amelia, are you inside?" But he did not get any response from inside. Ace entered the washroom and found it was empty. He came out and went downstairs. He found his maid was cleaning the couch. "Where is the girl I brought here yesterday?" Ace asked her. "She left a little ago sir. She said you told her to go back so I led her outside" His maid said and Ace sighed. He could not blame his maid because he knew the nature of his wild cat. He felt she must have trapped her using his name. "Okay" Ace, said and went back to his room. He sat down on the bed and felt a sweet smell coming from the bed. Ace smiled and laid down on the bed. Then after some time, he went to the washroom to get a shower. He needed to go to the office. Today, he was supposed to take interviews for his PA.

Chapter 12 Chapter 10

Author's POV When Amelia entered their home, she found her mom sitting in the living room. Hearing footsteps, Jenny looked up and saw her daughter. "Amy, baby you have come. I was so worried for you. Are you okay baby?" Jenny asked her. "I am okay mom. Sorry for making you worried" Amelia said to her with guilt. "It's okay baby. But next time before staying with your friends call us. Don't just send a message" Jenny said. Hearing this Amelia got confused. "Friend?" Amelia whispered. "Yes, baby. You were at your friend's home last night. Right?" Jenny asked her. "Yes," Amelia lied as she did not want to make her worried saying that she spent last night with a stranger. "Next time be careful baby," Jenny said to her. "I will mom. Please do not worry. Mom I need to get ready.  I have to leave for the interview" Amelia said to her. "Then go, dear. Get ready. Till then I will make something for you" Jenny said and went towards the kitchen. Amelia entered her room and opened her bag. She took out her phone and went to the massage option. She saw the massage and her eyes widened in shock. "He did this" Amelia whispered and put her phone on her bed. "Why did he do this?" Amelia whispered to herself when her eyes fell on the wall clock. It was 7 in the morning. "Oh no," Amelia panicked. She took out her clothes from the closet and ran inside the washroom. She took a quick shower then wrapped her towel around her body and came out. After drying her hair she wore her dress. Amelia took her bag and her CV then left her room. When she entered the living room, she saw her father reading a book. "Good morning, Dad" Amelia greeted him and kissed his cheek as per her childhood habit. Matthew caressed his daughter's hair with love. "Are you ready for the interview, baby?" Matthew asked her. "Yes, dad," Amelia said and took her seat. Soon Jenny came out from the kitchen with their breakfast. Jenny served the breakfast then they started eating the breakfast. After Amelia finished her breakfast, she took her parent's blessings then left for the office. And on the other side Ace came out from his washroom and took his coffee mug which his maid kept in his room. Ace went towards the balcony but as soon as he went there his eyes fell on the mansion gate. Ace saw several cars waiting outside. "What is happening?" Ace muttered when his eyes fell on reporters. Just then his phone started ringing. Act entered his room and picked up his phone. He saw it was an unknown number. Ace picked up the call. "Congratulations sir. Sir, I am talking from Star Magazine. Sir, we want to take an interview of you and your girlfriend" The person spoke up from the other side making Ace confused yet angry. "Wrong number," Ace said and disconnected the call. When Ace disconnected the call, he saw some messages. Ace opened the first message and saw it was from his business partner. Ace opened the massage. Congratulations Mr. Knight. And please, say my congratulations to your girlfriend After reading the message, Ace felt like punching his partner. He opened the next massage and saw it from his other business partner. He also sent the same thing. Ace opened the next one and saw the same thing. Being so irritated Ace was about to throw his phone when his phone started ringing. Ace looked at his phone and saw it was Nick. Ace picked up the call. "Ace, where are you?" Nick asked him. "At home. Why?" Ace asked him. "Read the newspaper," Nick said. Ace took the newspaper from his table and his eyes widened in shock. His picture was on the front page. It was the kissing scene. "Dammm. Who leaked this news?" Ace shouted angrily. "It must be James. He was there when the girl kissed you. It was good that the girl's face is invisible in the picture. Media will run after you now like a bee runs after honey. Don't go to the office by car. Take your helicopter. I will take care of the media" Nick said to him. "That bastard. Do something man. I just hope mom and dad don’t see the news" Ace muttered. "The news is all over television and newspapers. They must be aware of this matter by now" Nick said. "Damn. I will not leave this bastard this time" Ace said. "Don't do something now" Nick said to him. "Man, I am getting late for the office. I will call you back" Ace said to him. "Sure. I will meet you at your office" Nick said and Ace disconnected the call. Ace called his security head. "Good morning" The security head greeted him. "What is good in this morning?" Ace muttered to himself. "Get the helicopter ready. I need to leave for the office. And throw the reporters away from the gate" Ace said to him. "Okay, sir," The security head said. Ace wore his coat then took his laptop bag then he came downstairs. The cook served him breakfast. Ace took his breakfast when he heard the helicopter sound. Ace wiped his hand and stood up. He took his bag and went to the roof. When he reached the roof the helicopter was already waiting for him. Ace got into the helicopter. After half an hour the helicopter landed on his company's roof. The security guard opened the door for him. Ace got down and saw several reporters were waiting near the company gate for him. Ace cursed them in his mind and left the roof. He got into his private lift and pressed for his floor. Soon the lift reached there. Ace entered his cabin and saw some flower bouquets on his table. "John" Ace shouted angrily. Soon a clerk entered his cabin. "What is this bullshit?" Ace asked him pointing at the flowers bouquets. "Sir, your business partners have sent those to congratulate you," The clerk said to him being nervous. Ace closed his eyes being so irritated. "Just take these bullshit and throw them" Ace shouted angrily. The man nodded and picked up the flower bouquets and left from there immediately. Ace sat down on his hair. His head started aching. Ace ran his hand in his hair being frustrated. Then he called his manager. "Come into my cabin," Ace said and disconnected the call. Soon he heard a knock at his door. "Come in," Ace said and his manager entered. "Is everything ready for the interview?" Ace asked him. "Yes sir. If you give permission, we can start the interview" The manager said. "Send them in by their serial number," Ace said to him. The manager nodded at him and left the cabin. Ace picked up the first CV then started checking. Soon he heard a knock at his door. "Come in," Ace said and a girl entered. The girl smiled at Ace and came towards the table. Before Ace could tell her to sit, the girl sat down by herself. "Rejected" Ace's mind spoke up immediately. "Is it your bedroom Ms?" Ace asked her. The smile faded away from her face hearing this. "No sir" She replied. "Then stand up and keep standing until I permit you to sit down" Ace shouted at her. The girl stood up immediately. She felt embarrassed. "Sorry, sir," The girl said. "You better learn some manners before you attend the next interview" Ace said to her in his rude tone. The girl lowered her head and left the cabin. Soon another one entered. "Hi, Ace," The girl said and entered his cabin without permission. Ace fisted his hand in anger and looked up. He saw it was one of his business partner's daughter. He met her a few times at business parties. "What are you doing here, Ms. Helson?" Ace asked her. "Come on Ace. You do not need to be too formal. We know each other." The girl said. "I asked what you are doing here," Ace asked her gritting his teeth. "Oh, I came for the interview," The girl said. "You have your father's company to join. Why are you here?" Ace asked her. "I am here because I want to learn the business from the best. As you are the best, I have come here." The girl said to him. "It is not a school where I will teach you, Ms. Helson. Now get out from here. I do not have any freaking time to waste" Ace said to her. "But, Ace I want to work with you," The girl said. "You are not qualified enough to do this job. Now go" Ace tried his best to keep his voice gentle. "Okay. But, is she your girlfriend?" The girl asked him. Ace looked at her with anger. "Get out" Ace shouted finally. The girl got scared and left his cabin. Ace took the water bottle and gulped down the water in a go. He was about to take the next CV just then his phone started ringing. Ace took out his phone and saw his mom was calling. Ace picked up the call. "Hello, mom.""Congratulations son. Finally, you found your love. I am so happy for you. Ace I want to meet the girl. Invite her on dinner" Mrs. King said to her son. Ace sighed and turned his chair towards the window side. "Mom, she is not my girlfriend," Ace said to her. "What do you mean? Did you break up with her? Why? Because of the news? Look it is not her fault" Mrs. King started making her son understand. "Mom, it is not like this. You are getting me wrong" Ace tried to make her understand but she cut him off and spoke up. "Then what! Did you kiss a random girl?" Mrs. King asked him. "What? No" Ace said. "I knew it. My son cannot do this. Look whatever happened between you two, solve it immediately and bring her home. I want to meet her" Mrs. King said and disconnected the call. "Hello, mom" Ace said and found the line was dead. "Great. So great" Ace muttered and threw the phone against the wall making it break into pieces. Just then a soft knock came on his door. "Come in" Ace shouted. Amelia got scared hearing the loud tone. She entered the room and came near the table. "Name?" Ace asked her still looking outside. "Amelia Williams" Amelia muttered. "Amelia" Ace muttered to himself and looked at the glass window from where he could clearly see the reflection of her. A smirk displayed on his lips. Without turning back, Ace asked for her CV. Amelia forwarded it towards him. Ace took it without turning back. He looked at her reflection again and saw she was still standing. "Take a seat," Ace said. Amelia felt she heard his voice somewhere but she pushed it away from her thought. "Thank you, sir," Amelia said and sat down. "Your results are brilliant. But why do you have one year gap? Did you fail?" Ace asked her. "I have some family problem, sir. I had to take a break for a year" Amelia said to him. Ace nodded at him. "Why do you want to work here?" Ace asked her. "For money" Amelia answered without any hesitation. "What? Come again?" Ace asked her being surprised. "I want to do this job for money. I won't beat around sir" Amelia said to him. "Do you expect me to give you the job after this answer?" Ace asked her being amused. He never thought she could be that practical. "Yes, I expect. Who works for free sir? Everyone does it for money. And about the job, I will not say I will be the best PA but I will try my best. I will never let you regret hiring me" Amelia said to him. Ace smiled. "As you know this job is for my personal assistant so you need to be extra active. I hate the people who come late to work. You have to accompany me on business trips and business parties." Ace said. "As long as it is related to work I have no problem," Amelia said. "Good. You can go now. You will get a call if you get selected for the post" Ace said to her. "Thank you sir," Amelia said and left his cabin. Ace turned his chair with a smile. "Be ready to sign the deal" Ace whispered then he called his manager and told him to take the rest of the interview.
