Chapter 1 Chapter 1

The mansion was so dark and scary for Nora as she curled up on the bed to sleep. Tonight was extremely cold and she really wished that her husband was around to keep her warm. This was something that she had been yearning for the 3 years that they have been married together. The spot where she laid her head felt damp from her uncontrollable tears but she didn’t care. What was breaking her heart in to tiny pieces was the fact that her husband didn’t want her. Whenever they were together he looked at her with disgust. Did he ever think that one day she will get tired of this loveless marriage? She laughed at herself deprecatively and wiped the tears with her hands then muttered” No more shedding tears for him” The bedroom door suddenly opened and she got startled, she knew that it was her husband back home. However the most surprising thing was that he came back too soon, normally he would go for days and come back to torture her body. How ironic? He hated her but enjoyed her body without any remorse at all. He was an insatiable man and she knew very well that he would get angry if she refused to perform her conjugal duties. That was another thing that pained her, he only wanted her body and was incapable of reciprocating the love that she had shown him. Soon she felt someone lifting the covers off her and she didn’t need to guess what the man wanted, so she asked” Dan, this time round you came back too soon, is everything okay?” “Why the question? This is my house and I can come whenever I want” Daniel observed the woman sleeping in his bed and he honestly felt nothing for her. She was only useful to relieve his sexual urges whenever he needed to relax. In her arms, he was aware that he could lose it and reach the deepest depths of his desire. “Alright, if you say so” Nora replied and looked away but he turned her face towards him. With an intense look on his sharp face , he whispered ” Get ready for me honey, I am going to take my bath then I will be right back with you.” The man was looking at her with lust until she stated blushing, it was true that he was blessed with good looks and that is something that she couldn’t get out of her mind. It drove her crazy to know that she had a whole 3 years to make the man fall in love with her but she couldn’t. She just realized that she was the biggest failure on earth. The next moment she saw the man loosening his tie and unbuttoning his white shirt then exposing his well-toned abs. Well, the six packs underneath the expensive suits that he usually wears everyday was amazing to the eyes. He just looked at her and continued striping naked in front of her as he usually does. Then he walked in to the bathroom totally naked and soon her ears were met with the sound of water falling on the floor. She wasn’t sure how long it took him to finish whatever he went to do but he came back with a white towel wrapped around his waist. Her eyes couldn’t help tracing the shape of his V line, the damn man knew what he was doing to her at that very moment as he advanced on her. The man smiled seductively and then muttered” you like what you are seeing, right?” “Mmh…….you are gorgeous, that is the truth” Nora replied. Indeed, he was looking as attractive as hell and she couldn’t believe that she was almost giving up on him. His gorgeous blue eyes sparkled on the dimly lit room and she wished that she could have had more time just to gaze at them. Nora was wearing her red lingerie exposing parts of her body and her well defined cleavage. He must admit that when it came to pleasing him the woman knew what to do to get him on the mood. Just the anticipation of burying himself deep in to her sweetness made his groin start to pulsate, it was crazy that he could want and need someone like this yet he felt nothing towards her. Nora was a little vixen he would have wished to keep only to warm his bed. It was just a shame that he couldn’t love her. “Honey, I like that red thing you are wearing. How did you know that I was coming back home tonight?” he asked while looking at her body with lust. Since you never loved me and only wanted my body, my only option was to love myself” she said and looked down, she wouldn’t dare look him in his eyes. He took a strand of hair from the side of her head and said coldly” You knew what the deal was, why are you bringing such matter at this time? “ He lifted his hands and started removing the straps of her night gown, revealing her appealing skin. “All I want tonight is a good time with my wife, at least I deserve this for having married you and having given you the privilege of being Mrs. Wilson. Your role was to give my family an heir but it seemed that I have been wasting my time.” Those words pieced her already weak heart, this man was really cruel. It was his fault after all for disappearing on her. He usually comes back on the days that she wasn’t fertile so she would end up not conceiving. Just one look at her sexy and curvy body was enough to make his mind go wild with raw desire, he could do anything to her but not to fall in love with her. It was unfortunate that his heart was already taken by some one else. Daniel then started caressing her face and the next thing she knew was that his lips was pressing on hers and no matter how she told herself that this time round she would not respond to his advances, her body always failed her. It was like he was made for her and he was the only one who knew what her body needed. All her thoughts just vanished and all she could focus on was his hands that were pleasuring her body and his mouth that was teasing her lips. When he kissed her, he felt her hesitation. She would demand more and he would respond in that same intensity as his hands roamed everywhere on her body producing waves of electricity in her system. It didn’t last long when Daniel pulled her to him again and she could feel his huge bulge. He whispered in her ears” I want you right now.” He talked with urgency Nora blushed but didn’t reject him although she was already exhausted from the passionate sex they have just had. This morning she felt unusually thirsty.  She then took sometime admiring the kitchen, this was the only room she felt so attached to. When she went back to the bedroom, she found Daniel sitting shirtless on the bed with only his boxers. He was cold and expressionless. No one could have believed that he was the same one who treated her tenderly last night. His hair was still dripping wet with water and he looked breathtakingly gorgeous. If only he would have shown her just a little love, it wouldn’t have come to this, but there was no turning back. The time has come and she wasn’t going to chicken out now. This was never meant to be, he was never hers from the very beginning but illusion in her stupid head. “Do you need anything?” He asked coldly without taking his eyes off the trouser that he was pulling on his long and hairy legs. Nora hesitated and couldn’t answer for a while. The coldness in his voice never failed to pierce her heart painfully. Despite everything, she could never bring herself to get used to his arrogance. Now more than ever, she really needed a different vibe in her life, she needed to be loved and pampered, obviously Daniel wasn’t the one destined to give her the happiness she desired. He continued to put on his white shirt and managed to wear his favourite blue tie. All this, he did slowly without minding that Nora was there watching her. Nora moved forward in front of him and then straightened his shirt while inspecting whether his tie was in place like she had been doing all this years. She hadn’t forgotten her duty, which was to make sure that he was well presentable. All this for what? The man didn’t consider her feelings at all and this made her impatient. She just wanted to get this over with once and for all “Let us divorce” she said defiantly. Daniel didn’t think that he heard her well, Nora had been obedient and never demanded anything from him. Why was she starting to misbehave? When Nora saw the disbelief in his cold eyes, she said” you were forced to marry me but I have realized that you will never love me. This is your chance to get rid of me and be with the love of your life” this time round she was the one who was cold and expressionless. “Alright let us get divorced” he agreed arrogantly. Nora pulled out the divorce papers which she had stuffed well in her drawer and dropped them on the bed. She was done being good to him, this was the end of everything. All she wished for was to be free of him, she wanted to start a new life and feel valued. “I have signed my name, you can go ahead and sign yours. Let me know when it is ready so that we can go to the civil registry offices. “Daniel was still dumbfounded when he realized that she was insisting, the woman had been the one begging for his love all this while and therefore seeing her that way didn’t make any sense. He knew that he never wanted her but just imagining another man claiming her body and getting all the pleasure and adrenaline she had been giving him made him feel sad. In a way she had given herself to him wholeheartedly and he had started believing that she would just remain gullible and meek towards him. However, this woman standing in front of him was completely different. This version was more confident and knew what she wanted in life. But why the hell would he be relieved with the news, this was what he has been waiting for all this while. Since he was a very proud man, he wasn’t going to stop her. She can go ahead and leave because she was forced on him anyway. He didn’t need him, the woman whom he loved will be there for him “Fine, but remember that you will come back begging. You do know that I am the only one who can help your family”. With his long and slender fingers, he took a pen and signed beside his name. It was done and Nora felt nothing.” Don’t bother to come to the civil registry offices, I will handle it “he said impatiently with coldness evident in his deep voice. Nora ignored him completely. She then picked up her bags and started descending down the stairs. Soon she was out of the house and alone in the world with no one to ask for help.

Chapter 4 Chapter 4

Three years ago, Nora’s family business wasn’t doing well.  Her father was buried in debts and he couldn’t handle the pressure from creditors who even threatened his life. For this they turned to the Wilson family to help them out. Wilson family built one of the most powerful business empires in the country. It happened that their forefathers had made an agreement in the past to let their children marry. In that way, their businesses would continue to thrive and the bond between them would grow stronger. When Daniel heard this he wasn’t happy, he was in love with his childhood sweet heart but his family couldn’t accept the relationship simply because they didn’t approve of her family background. With all the anger in his heart, he had to marry Nora for the sake of his grandmother. He swore never to love her come rain, come sunshine. His grandmother was pressuring him to marry and give her an heir and so he had no option but to marry a woman he didn’t fancy at all. Nora could still remember very well, the day they first met. It was a beautiful sunny day and the man wore a well-fitting blue suit with black leather shoes. He was simply gorgeous, she couldn’t take her eyes off him. Immediately she felt attracted to him and couldn’t wait to be his wife to only please him. But what the man said really dampened her spirits and that was the beginning of her sad and pathetic life. The life she wished she never lived. “Nora Jackson, I want you to know that I am only marrying you for my grandmother’s sake. I love her so much and couldn’t bear to see her sad. Don’t expect anything from me, I don’t love you and it will never happen in your life time. My heart is already taken by another woman, she is the one that I love, so we will be married on paper only” he didn’t bat his eyes even a bit as he said those hurtful words to her. “I understand “Nora said. In her heart she hoped that with time she will be able to make him fall in love with her, after all she was a beautiful and lovable woman. But she was very mistaken because all her good features didn’t change his cold heart. Shortly after the visit, they got married in the Civil Registry Affairs office. Nora didn’t mind that they didn’t have a church wedding. All was on her mind was the handsome man that was about to become hers forever. She was deeply in love with the man. Then one day Daniel didn’t come back home and soon after it became a routine for him to disappear. Nora became worried and started looking for answers. She discovered that his childhood sweetheart who decided to move out of the country came back. Aria Cole was back in town and Daniel would go to her house and spend time with her. Nora came to learn of this when one day she was coming out of the shopping center, she saw her husband coming out with a woman and she didn’t have a good feeling about them. He was holding her hands possessively. He had never held her hands like that in public since he had forbidden her to reveal her identity as his wife. So she decided to follow them secretly in her own car. She parked some miles behind them and then proceeded to the house where she had watched them enter. She was having conflicted thoughts as she lifted her hands to knock on the door. This was crazy, she had never thought of doing something like this in her life. Stalking her husband was the last thing in her mind. She was sure that he would get really angry with her. However what was in her mind was to find out the truth once and for all, it was killing her deep inside being on the dark about her husband’s whereabouts. Nora was surprised to see that it was Daniel who opened the door. She became speechless, all of a sudden her tongue seemed to be heavy. No words could come out of her mouth as the shock was too much for her to bear. While still looking at him with dismay in her eyes, she heard a sweet sexy voice calling from the inside of the house” Darling come to bed already. I am waiting for you” “I am coming darling” Daniel replied. It was as if Aria realized that there was something amiss, so she came to the door with a white towel wrapped around  her naked body and asked” Darling who is there on the door?” “She is just a nobody” he replied and Nora felt so embarrassed. But still Aria came to the door and managed to see who was standing outside, it was Nora. She knew her well because she had been following up on Daniels’ life. She never really left him, they had been secretly in contact and she was aware of Nora’s movements. “Nora, is that you?” Aria asked pretending to be surprised. Up to now Nora hasn’t managed to say any word. How could that woman talk to her in that manner knowing well that Daniel was her husband? However she couldn’t do anything because Daniel told her and hasn’t failed to remind her that he never loved her. “How can I help you?” Daniel asked arrogantly. Nora just couldn’t take the picture out of her head how she saw him being nice to Aria. Tears threatened to flow out of her eyes but she didn’t want to let Daniel see how much humiliated she was. At that moment she promised that one day Daniel will regret ever hurting her the way he just did. She will live to have her revenge on him. Even if he never loved her, it didn’t give him the right to cheat on her and talk to her rudely. She was also a human being and for that matter, someone who has feelings. For God’s sake, does he thinks that the same way she kept on enduring him back at the house was the same way she will keep on living? This was way too much, she must do something about it She bowed her head and finally muttered” just continue with what you were doing. I am going to take my leave. Anyway, I am sorry for disturbing you two. Please forgive me.”

Chapter 5 Chapter 5

With that she turned her back on both of them and left. Tears flowed on her face uncontrollably as she sat down on her car. They wouldn’t stop no matter how much she tried to. Why was it that difficult not to cry for him? She had promised herself never to shed tears for him but once again she had failed terribly. Since she got married to Daniel, she has shed so many tears for him, she just became overwhelmed. Nora couldn’t bear the lonely nights, the constant disappointments and the lack of love. She was done and she didn’t wish to pursue him anymore. Aria produced a victorious smile seeing the pitiful look on Nora’s face. Before she came back, she wasn’t sure whether Daniel would take her back. But she had to try, he was her first and Nora was just a distraction in their life. All she had to do was to rekindle the love that they used to share and all will be well. Daniel, will soon divorce Nora and go back to her. Things were even better because Daniel promised her that he wasn’t going to listen to his family anymore. “Darling, I didn’t mean to cause any trouble with your wife. If I would have known, I wouldn’t have called you to accompany me for shopping. Otherwise, she wouldn’t have followed us to the house” she feigned sadness. “Don’t worry Aria, I have told you that she means nothing at all to me. If that was not the case then I wouldn’t be here with you, right? “He tried to reassure her. But Aria was a step ahead of her. She had paid someone to stalk Nora. So when the person reported to her that Nora was going shopping, she in turn called Daniel. Nora thought that she was clever but she fell right in to her trap. He kissed her on the lips and muttered” shall we continue with what we were doing” Aria smiled and led the way to the bedroom “my pleasure” Nora gave up on Daniel completely, she learned the hard way that she could never change his heart. As she held her suite case, she had no idea where to go. Her friend was living in the next city and she didn’t want to bother her. Besides, she wasn’t ready for the same old lecture” I told you to leave him” What she knew was that she will never go back to her family house, they hated her and will make her life even more difficult. She didn’t even want to imagine how the society will look at her as a divorced woman. Left with no choice she went to the only place she knew she was going to be welcomed. “Hello sweetie”“Hi grandma. Oh…I am so happy to see you. Have you been taking care of yourself nowadays” Nora asked with a cheerful face. No one could have realized that it was the worst day of her life, she just chose to give up on the man she loved. She had the at most respect for the woman in front of her, she had taken care of her during the worst times of her life. Nora never told anyone, but she would come to the mansion almost daily to take care of the woman. The woman had a heart condition and she felt that it was her duty to look out for her, may be as a repayment for her unconditional support and love. For a long time, Lucy Wilson had been searching for a cardiologist but she wasn’t successful. Even with her fortune it was very difficult until some years back a mysterious doctor operated on her. The doctor requested for her identity to be anonymous. Not even her famous grandson could be able to get the doctor’s identity. Daniel did everything to be able to repay the doctor, but it was just not possible. “Don’t worry about me child, I have been great, my heart is strong now and I have been following everything that you have advised me on. However, I must ask, how it is that you are so knowledgeable about health conditions?” the old woman clutched her hands and Nora could feel it’s warmth. She smiled at her charming face” it’s nothing special, I just like to read health journals a lot. You are just too precious to me and I wanted to make sure that you continue to take care of your heart. Have I answered you question?” “Alright I understand, has my grandson been treating you well? “Lucy Wilson asked with concern. “He is good to me” she lied. Nora wasn’t ready to break the sad news to the woman who has shown her nothing but love. She knew she would be disappointed and heartbroken at the same time. Then Daniel would blame her for rushing to tell her grandmother about the divorce. She was at a risk of shock because her heart was still vulnerable, so she would do everything possible to protect her. So she chose to keep quiet about it, she would find a good time to tell her that soon she will be no longer her granddaughter in law. However how much it also broke her heart, there was no going back, Daniel never loved her and he will never fall in love with her. She should better try to get him out of her heart so that she can move on with her life. As for her family she had done her part for 3 whole years and from now onwards they were on their own. She was only going to live for herself and try as much as possible to make up for the lost years. Old Madam Wilson thought that she reminded her of her younger self and she wanted her to stay with Daniel for the rest of their lives. However, that was not possible because they were soon divorcing. Nora might try to hide it from her but she could see it well on her face. Things were not good with her grandson’s marriage. “Did you two fight again? I can see that you are carrying your suitcase. I don’t mean to question you a lot but you know you are always welcomed in my house.” Lucy asked with concern, she just knew that her grandson was up to no good again. When will he learn that Nora was the only woman who can live with him? He was so moody and unbearable and Nora was the only patient woman who was able to bear with him

Chapter 6 Chapter 6

“Oh…..grand ma it is just that he has been working late most of the days and I was afraid to stay at the house alone. I feel so lonely, do you mind if I stay for some days?”  Nora thought that after a few days, she would have found her own place and she would comfortably move out and fend for herself. It shouldn’t be that difficult if she had made her mind to leave Daniel. “In that case you are welcomed to stay as long as you need to “Lucy said. Then again the door opened and Natasha Wilson came in. Natasha was Daniel’s mother and she also thought that Nora was a good woman. She adored her and never agreed with what Daniel was doing. At her age, she was still a celebrity who tuned heads whenever she passed on the streets. Both the woman and her husband were blessed with good looks. No wonder Daniel was so perfect in every way possible. Women would lust after his looks whenever he went. “Hello Nora” she greeted as she kissed her on the cheeks. “Hi Natasha, it is good to see you” Nora forced a smile on her face, she knew that Natasha was a keen, observant woman and she could definitely tell that something was wrong. “I brought some sea food from the market and I was going to prepare it for dinner. Hurry up and go put your luggage in your room, I want you to join us.” The woman already knew what happened and she didn’t want to bother Nora with so many questions. Besides, she didn’t want to discuss with her in to details because Lucy was also there. Nora took the opportunity and went straight to their room. It used to belong to Daniel but now it was all empty and void without his presence, any way she will get used to it. His scent was everywhere, reminding her of what she has decided to leave behind. Whenever she looked around, there were his things. She took his coat and smelled the cologne in it, it has been awhile since it had been washed but still the scent was so strong, so addictive just like her love for him. She felt that this love for him would take centuries to go away but she will fight with everything she has got to be free of him. Staying in the room wasn’t going to be easy but she will be strong. She was determined to move on and make herself happy even without Daniel, he wasn’t the air that she breathed. After Nora left, Natasha took her phone and called his son” Daniel, come to the house this moment. What the hell did you do to your wife? I really ask myself if you are really my son. Why are you this heartless?” His mother’s angry voice could be heard clearly over the phone. Daniel frown his face in disgust, he couldn’t believe that Nora went and reported him to his mother when she was the one who asked for a divorce. The woman was so shameless, after clinging to his side for all those years, what else did she want from him? But what was wrong with Nora? “Mother, I am busy now. I don’t think I will be able to make it” Daniel said over the phone. It happened that he had gone to visit Aria in her house. And the woman was lying on his laps listening to what his mother was telling him. After Nora left he felt angry, he needed to talk to somebody and he knew that Aria will listen to him. She was good in that department and she had made him feel good in the past. He wanted someone to pour out his heart to. Living with someone for 3 years and then she suddenly wakes up and request for a divorce was a little overwhelming for him. He didn’t even understand why. Aria knew that Natasha hated her but that will never make her give up on Daniel. “I don’t care, I just want you to appear in front of me or I will go and tell your grandmother everything. Don’t think that I am stupid. I know that the shameless woman came back and that is why you are stressing your wife.” Daniel knew that his grandmother had a heart condition and so it wasn’t good for her to receive such news abruptly. He couldn’t believe that his mother was threatening him with this, his face got so dark and he wondered if his mother ever loved him. However he had no choice” I am on my way” he said and cut off the phone conversation with his mother immediately. Aria didn’t like Natasha’s insults but in front of Daniel she was going to act. That was the only way of actually capturing his heart all over. His family will one day regret ever looking down on her like this. She will step on all of them when she had managed to become Daniel’s wife. Daniel wore an apologetic expression as he explained that he had to go right away “Aria, I am sorry I have to go, my mother requires my presence immediately.” The woman put on a pitiful face “I understand but please come as soon as you have finished with her. You know I have missed you this 3 years and I need your company more than she does. Nora has already had her time with you and now it is my chance. Remember you promised to leave her so that we can get married. “ He caressed her jaw and looked at her lovingly” just wait for me patiently, I will come back soon” She nodded obediently as she muttered coquettishly “In that case, I will be patient, just make sure that you convince Nora to divorce you so that we can get married soon, I can’t wait for us to start a family of our own. You have to believe me, I really didn’t mean to come in between your marriage but I need you” she said with a sweet voice. “I will have good news very soon, please try not to think about it too much, it is not good for your health.” Daniel kissed the tip of her forehead and then left.

Chapter 7 Chapter 7

Back at the mansion, Nora was a bit relaxed. At least for the time being, she was surrounded with love and she couldn’t have wished for anything more or less. She didn’t feel pressured anymore about Daniel’s love. Oh…..it felt so nice to finally think about her needs and not someone else. The only thing she regretted was wasting her entire 3 years with Daniel, she would have ended it sooner. Soon someone knocked on the door and Natasha requested her to open it. She gladly went and was surprised to see Edward Miles. It has been a long time since she saw him, Edward was Daniel’s friend. The two basically grew up together and he was fond of the family. Nora has always thought that he was a good and respectable man.  He just came to see Daniel’s grandmother and by chance he met Nora. He was worried about her heart condition and would drop by often to check on her. “Nora, great to see you” he said as he gave her a peck on the cheeks. What he was wondering was why Nora was in Daniels’s family house. She was looking a bit sad and pale to an extent he started wondering if Daniel has been on it again. But why the hell would he keep on stressing the woman? “Same here, Edward” she replied and followed him to the living room. They normally didn’t chat much since Nora had only met him a few times, but she never failed to recognize that the guy was being nice to her. He talked to her affectionately and sometimes he remembered her birthdays even if her own husband didn’t give a damn. Natasha came out of the kitchen while wiping her hands, most of the cooking was ready and it was time to serve the table. “Hello, Edward. Nice to see you.” Natasha greeted as he pecked her on the cheeks. “Please do join us for dinner” she offered. He was in a hurry but since he saw how Nora was unhappy, he decided to stay longer to keep her company. Later he would have to talk to Daniel and make it clear to him that he wasn’t being fair to Nora. He went and greeted Lucy who was thrilled to see him. The woman never failed to complain how Daniel was stressing her, she kept on saying” Edward, you are his friend, please talk to him to be gentle on his wife.” “Grandma, I assure you that I would talk to him” he had told her. When Nora sensed the smell of sea food, she felt sick. It was odd, recently she has been having symptoms that she didn’t understand. Suddenly, she lost her appetite. Anyway, she never even liked the damn sea food. She only ate it because of Daniel, she did it to please him. “I think, I have lost my appetite” she said and started rushing up to her bedroom. “But you haven’t even eaten” Natasha called back wondering what had become of Nora. She had always cooperated in the past, she would eat dutifully without any issue. But Nora had already disappeared in to her room, she felt nauseous and she didn’t know what was happening in her body. “I will go and accompany her” Edward offered, he just felt so bad for the woman. Even if Daniel was forced to marry her , he didn’t have the right to treat her like garbage. He has been telling him over and over to change his attitude towards his wife but apparently he wasn’t listening.  Daniel was stubborn and arrogant but one day he will regret ever treating an innocent woman the way he does. The front door opened and a certain man entered with a domineering ego.”  She is my responsibility, I will go and take care of her” “Oh…….sweetie, you finally came. Your wife is not feeling well, maybe you can go and check on her” Lucy talked to her grandson adorably. Daniel was like her heart beat, she really wished that he could change his attitude. Daniel was startled, he almost thought that Nora spilled the beans. He couldn’t be relieved with the news. “Grand ma, are you okay, I missed you so much” he kissed her on the cheeks and then turned to his mother. “Where were you son?” Natasha asked coldly. She didn’t have enough patience to endure him the same way as Lucy. She was well aware that he had been with the shameless woman. Where did she go wrong to raise such ungrateful son? With an emotionless face he replied” I was just handling some company business, do you have anything against that?” He asked his mother and saw that she was really furious. What he didn’t understand was why these women were so much in love with Nora. “I hope you were not fooling around” Natasha commented and then sneered at him. His mother was impossible sometimes but in this situation he was going to have to shut up or else he will say something that he shouldn’t in front of his grandmother. Upon noticing the tense atmosphere in the room, Edward decided to leave. He knew that it wouldn’t be long before Daniel calls him for a drink.  He will take the opportunity to lecturer him about Nora. He cleared his voice” Daniel, now that you are here, I will take my leave. I will see you later” he stood up and kissed the women on their cheeks then he headed out of the room. “I will go and check on Nora “Daniel said and started ascending up the stairs, he didn’t even know what state he will find her in. Nora has changed so much, she wasn’t the soft spoken woman he used to know but any way since he was in the house, he will just have to meet with her. While in the room, Nora heard a knock on the door. She thought that it was Natasha or Lucy but she was surprised to see that it was her ex-husband. Daniel let himself in to the room without waiting for her to give him permission. Nora wasn’t pleased, her mood became icy immediately for having to see the only person who she didn’t wish to talk to. “Daniel, why are you here?” She asked.
