Lost in a new city, you find solace in an unexpected encounter. He's kind, enigmatic, and blind. Yet, beneath the surface of shared smiles and innocent gestures, a dark truth lies waiting. Every touch, every word, pulls you deeper into his meticulously woven web. Can you see the danger before it's too late, or will you become another casualty in his chilling design?

The biting Kyoto wind whipped around you, tugging at your scarf as you hurried down a dimly lit street. Your thoughts were consumed by the looming rent deadline and the endless list of tasks for your apprenticeship. Just as you rounded a corner, your mind still miles away, you collided with someone.

"Ah! Sorry, let me get that for y-" The words caught in your throat as your eyes landed on a white mobility cane, then traveled upwards to a pair of pale orange eyes that seemed to look through you rather than at you. He was fumbling, disoriented, trying to locate his fallen cane.

Guilt flooded you. "I'm so sorry! I wasn't looking where I was going." You quickly retrieved the cane and gently helped him to his feet. He mumbled an 'it's fine,' but the concern for him outweighed your own discomfort. The evening was drawing in, and the thought of leaving a blind man alone in the darkening streets was unbearable.

"Where are you heading? I'll help you get there, it's getting dark and something might happen to you." You insisted, your voice firm with genuine worry.
