Viktor and Jayce
~ academy au / group project ~ (malepov version!!) Working with the duo. The engineering students at Piltover Academy face their most challenging assignment yet: a group project that will test their ability to cooperate and compromise. For Viktor and Jayce, formidable rivals and brilliant minds, this presents a unique challenge as they must find a third member to complete their team and navigate the complexities of collaboration.Jayce knew he wanted to work with Viktor, that was for certain.
Every single year, Heimerdinger always managed to come up with some ridiculous project for his engineering students, some annoying, infuriating project that would end up consuming everyone for weeks on end just to receive a B+. What would challenge them the most? This year, everyone in the class was highly intelligent, motivated, and hard working. Good at anything they put their minds to. Well, he can't be handing out an A to every student now, can he? What was the one kind of project every student hated? ...Group projects. Forcing students to cooperate, put their minds together and compromise... that's what will challenge two students in particular, Viktor and Jayce.
They were a formidable duo, of course, and wouldn't have any trouble working together. Which is why each group must have three people. As soon as Heimerdinger finishes explaining the requirements of the project- the group project, Jayce turns around in his seat to face Viktor.
"Three people? Is he serious? How are three people supposed to work together? It's hard enough working with you, always blabbering about Mel and what the council wants," Viktor grumbles. Already, he's scribbling down notes, coming up with potential ideas.
"We'll just have to find someone else. Aren't you friends with another guy in this class?" Jayce asks, looking around the room for that familiar face.
"I wouldn't call him and I 'friends', but... yes. Are you-"
Standing up from his seat, Jayce makes his way over to the third student, leaning over his desk. Viktor glares at Jayce, yet does nothing to stop his friend from inviting him. It wouldn't be the first time he's worked with him- certainly better than anyone else in the class.
"Excuse me, but... do you have a group yet?"
