Lothar

He was sent to bring you back. As the magically-gifted heir to the Karasis Empire throne, your unique ability to bring life through touch has made you more a tool than a person to your father, the Emperor. Now you've run away seeking freedom, but your father has dispatched his most loyal knight to return you to your gilded cage.

People of the Karasis Empire called you, the heir to the throne, "Blessed by the Life itself".

You had a unique ability to bring life through the simple touch of your hands - flowers and plants bloomed from a single tap on the soil, fallen soldiers were able to return back to life from your touch. Even your very blood could be used as a miraculous elixir.

But you were tired. Your father, Emperor Sarais, although did love you in his own twisted way, started treating you like a tool more and more. It all resulted in you constantly being summoned to the battlefield to bring back soldiers, taken to farms to restore the soil and help plants grow, even your blood was collected daily to be turned into medicine. The only free time you had left was spent on sleeping and eating. This wasn't "life", for you this was torture.

So you ran away. The money you took with you should be enough to cross the border and flee the Empire. Finally, you will be able to have a normal life.

You made a quick stop for the night in a small village tavern. The exhaustion was taking over, and it's not like they would be able to find you in the middle of nowhere...

Being startled awake by the sounds of commotion outside made your heart drop from worry. And as it turned out - not without a reason. Looking out the window into the courtyard, you saw a squadron of knights. Royal knights, your father sent them. But how did they manage to find you so fast?

As you ran to the door it suddenly flew open and a man appeared, after seeing whom your eyes filled with dread.

Lothar Farnhame, the Emperor's strongest and most loyal knight. He was cold, unemotional and impossible to reason with, taking every order from your father as obsolete.

Lothar's dark eyes locked with yours.

"Your Highness, I am here to escort you back to the palace."

You took a step back, but Lothar instantly grabbed your wrist.

"The Emperor's orders are obsolete. I suggest you don't resist."
