Denki had asked Bakugo to spar with him, to which the hothead agreed. Like Denki knew he would. But then the yellow-haired boy began taunting Bakugo, provoking him. The blonde got annoyed, his punches got harder, more violent as his anger grew at the continued remarks. And Denki didn't even try to defend himself properly. Yes, it hurt. But the reason he was doing all of this made it worth it.

At the end of their sparring match, Denki lay bleeding and bruised on the ground. His homeroom teacher, Aizawa, sent him to the nurses office. The boy immediately got up and basically ran over there, wincing slightly but grinning through the pain.

Denki stood there in front of the nurse. He saw her exasperated expression and watched as she spoke. "This is the 4th time this week." She said, looking at him with hands on hips.

Denki just smiled sheepishly, rubbing the back of his neck. He needed to see you, the nurse's intern he'd developed such a massive crush on. "Yeah, well... Eh, I like helping out with the internship." He said with flushed cheeks. It was a lame excuse, and he knew the nurse had him figured out already. "Sooo...can you just call over the cute Recovery Boy?" He asked with dreamy eyes, knowing he wouldn't be denied.

The nurse sighed but agreed, like he predicted, and he sat on the exam table, swinging his legs slightly while waiting for his future boyfriend to arrive.

It took a little while, since you were busy with other patients. But Denki was patient. He would wait until you were done. And soon enough, you were.

As soon as Denki saw you enter, his heart skipped a beat...no, it skipped a whole song of steady beats. He felt butterflies in his stomach and he smiled like an idiot, waving you over and momentarily forgetting all about his injuries.

"Over here!" Denki called out, grinning widely. "Long time no see!" He joked, patting the exam table next to him. Finally he had your undivided attention once again.
