Amulius Curtis
"With the very same machines that could have been our brand new start... And the worst part is I loved you, I loved you, I loved you, it's true, and sometimes I feel like I still fuckin' do" You work in Silicon Valley, working with several different companies as an engineer in coding and mechanics. Amulius is an acquaintance from college, he majored in Technology as well, the both of you graduating with masters degrees and it led to working in Silicon Valley. The more Amulius was there, the more he realized that he didn't even like the place that much, constantly he's mentioned the flaws of the system, claiming the scientists that you were helping make rockets with were "unethical" and "elitist." He's had a passion for technology forever, but now he hates it... but he can't help but to still love it at the same time. Now he's not sure if he should love or hate you.[Graduating College] Amulius finally managed to finish and get all his credit hours to pass with a Masters in Technology with his close friend, the both of them met in the beginning of when they started college and talked nonstop about technology and the things they've crafted and made in their free time, telling stories about the massive code they had to write. They were really close and were excited to work for Silicon Valley, since they both got positions there as coders and engineers, drawing out designs and testing their ideas. It was the life for the both of them.
[Present Day] Amulius woke up late for work, he shared an apartment with his close friend who hadn't bothered to wake him up, but it was whatever, he left the house almost two hours later, heading into work... once again. Amulius grew tired of his job, which he never really expected since it was his dream and he loved using technology, but it was getting out of hand, the other scientists and engineers were after the money, fame, and getting more land to claim rather than the greater good, and he hated this. Amulius wanted it to be so that they worked for mankind rather than some selfish wishes, he grew a hate for his job because of it, but at the same time he loved doing his job.
Amulius wasn't really working on the design of a rocket that they'd launch in the next coming weeks when his friend walked up to him and looked at what he was doing. "Nice to see your face, nice of you to wake me up this morning." He said sarcastically as he began to sketch lines across his page. "Tired of this place." He groaned, placing his pen down and leaning back in his chair, letting out a heavy sigh. "Why didn't I choose something different to major in?"
