Catch Me! My Boss!

The manager's shout echoed, "You're fired!" Papers rained down on Elina Diana Ottosin, a chilling familiar storm. Twenty jobs in two years. Twenty rejections. Each one a fresh wound on her already tattered self-esteem.

She walked out, past the pitying stares and the whispers, into the cold, indifferent air. Back in her small apartment, the weight of exhaustion pressed down. Her phone, a lifeline and a tormentor, showed endless job postings, interspersed with memories of her past failures.

Then, a bizarre ad: Hyaung Enterprises was looking for a secretary, someone who could 'handle pressure,' an 'expert in everything,' 'willing to work 24 hours—a personal secretary with no life.' Elina read it aloud, a cynical laugh escaping her lips.

But the real world intruded with a phone call. Her mother's voice, wavering, delivered the news: "It's your brother—he's in prison." The last of her savings, gone. Her hope, shattered.

Later that night, atop a towering building, surrounded by empty beer bottles, Elina screamed, "Why?!!" Tears streamed down her face as she gazed at the city lights far below. The thought, 'Should I just die?', no longer a question, but a desperate conviction. She tossed the bottle, removed her glasses, took a deep breath, and stepped forward.
