A Guy who always Smile

Jerome opened his eyes, the sterile white of a hospital ceiling blinding him momentarily. A peculiar warmth blossomed in his abdomen, a sensation both unfamiliar and strangely heavy. He tried to sit up, but a substantial, rounded mass blocked his movement.
"Ah?" he mumbled, looking down. A huge, undeniable bump protruded from his stomach.

An old man with a single horn on his forehead, his skin a shade of dark sky blue, gently patted his shoulder. "I think the nurse is calling your name?"
Jerome blinked. Horns? Sky blue skin? Was he hallucinating? Just then, a voice echoed.
"Elian Fredrist? Elian Fredrist?"
He looked up to see a nurse with three eyes, red, beautifully curled hair, dark skin, and formidable fangs. Her legs rippled like an octopus. Jerome didn't know why, but he felt no fear. The name 'Elian Fredrist' stirred a faint, unsettling echo in his mind.
