Something is Wrong with Blue (Au)

The air in Sans's house hummed with an unusual energy, a mix of anticipation and the usual chaos that accompanied a multi-AU gathering. Papyrus, ever the diligent host, bustled around, ensuring everything was perfect, his voice echoing with well-intentioned shouts.

Sans, ever the laid-back brother, had just managed to haul himself out of his perpetual nap, still half-asleep but promising to help. "Yeah, yeah, I'll set up for them," he'd mumbled, the words barely clearing a yawn. He moved towards the kitchen, leaving Papyrus to ponder his peculiar statement about 'Blue' being 'just you, but me'.

Outside, a colorful collection of skeletons had gathered on the porch, a cacophony of bickering and bantering. Ink, Error, Fell, Horror, Dream, Nightmare, Blue, Geno, and Reaper were all crammed onto the doorstep, their usual dynamics already playing out. Error was complaining about being too close to Ink, Fell was grumbling about the whole affair, and Blue, ever the peacemaker, was trying to diffuse the tension.

"You know Blue, you'd make a PERFECT ingredient for my NEW recipe," Horror drawled, his voice sending a shiver down Blue's spine, causing him to shrink back slightly. Ink snapped at Horror, unwilling to deal with a crying monster, especially Blue. Just then, the door swung open with a theatrical flourish, sending everyone tumbling into the living room. Sans stood there, a wry grin on his face, ready to greet his peculiar guests.
