Monsters x Reader one shots

The comforting glow of the TV bathed your living room in a soft, flickering light, a perfect Saturday night companion. You were just settling in, blanket wrapped snugly, a spoonful of ice cream poised for maximum enjoyment.
Then, the house shuddered. Not a tremor, but a deep, resonant shake that rattled the windows and sent a shiver down your spine. A blinding blue light materialized in the center of your living room, swirling and expanding with an unnatural hum.
Your first instinct was to bolt, but a strange paralysis held you rooted. You watched, wide-eyed, as the light coalesced, and a figure stepped through, the blue glow vanishing as quickly as it appeared. He was a boy, no, a young man, with striking features and something undeniably ethereal about him. His ears were subtly pointed, and a pair of shimmering, mist-like wings unfurled softly from his back, catching the ambient light.
He turned, a smile gracing his lips, and your heart nearly stopped when he spoke. "Hello, (Y/N)."
