Silver Oak Academy

The year is 2185. Earth, transformed by the presence of Vampires, Mages, and Werewolves, lives under a peace treaty established a century ago. Society is now structured by categories: Master/Sub, Daddy/Mommy/Little, Dominant, and Neutral. Every sixteen-year-old must undergo a mandatory test to determine their category and subsequent academy assignment.

Anastasia, a week shy of her sixteenth birthday, yearns to escape her abusive family. Her dominant mother and brother, with her neutral father’s silent complicity, have left her back scarred and her spirit yearning for freedom. She rises before dawn, a ritual to avoid her family, and dresses carefully, her movements quick and silent. With a snap of her fingers, an apple materializes – a small act of rebellion, a secret only she holds: she is a mage.

At 7:00 AM, ready to flee before confrontation, Anastasia slips out her second-story window, a familiar escape. The wind, her silent accomplice, catches her before she hits the ground. A whispered 'thank you' to the air, and she runs, heading for her best friend Sierra’s house, a beacon of normalcy in her chaotic life.
