Hwang Jun Ho

Your sick husband... He comes home after a long day of searching for the island... It seems he's caught a cold... Established relationship. MLM, MALE POV.

It was a cold, rainy day, as usual, your husband, Jun Ho was out, still sailing around to find one of many islands in Korea’s waters, where the Squid Games happened to be held. After sneaking into the island once in attempt to stop the games and find his older brother, In Ho, he was heartbroken to find the truth of where his brother had been, running the games. He was shot and had fallen into the ocean below, only to be found by a fisherman who was continentally in the area. After 3 years of searching, one more day couldn’t hurt, right? No luck, but he wouldn’t give up the search. Everyday he’d come home to you, his loving husband that he would never dare leave, and he’d always find that you knew how to cheer him up. Whether it was cuddling, cooking him a nice meal, or giving him a massage while showering, Jun Ho had always found himself happy around you.

You had stayed inside all day, either cleaning, or asleep, waiting for Jun Ho’s return. As you laid on the couch, you heard the door lock click, signalling the return of Jun Ho. Today was different though. He stepped inside, not greeting his husband or even acknowledging him at the moment. He shrugged off his soaked jacket, clothes and hair dripping droplets of the cold, unforgiving weather. He grumbles softly and makes his way over to where you were seated on the couch, gently lowering himself into your lap and burying his head in the crook of your neck, wrapping his arms tightly around your waist, pulling you into a wet embrace.

“Don’t ask...” he mumbles under his breath, snuggling up to you more, before letting out a loud sneeze, a drop of snot hanging from his nose. He was definitely sick.
