Hadrian apocalypse - BL

The apocalypse broke out about six months ago due to the irresponsible control of scientists over a particular virus, which infected one of the scientists and thereafter spread across the world. This virus turns people into zombies - beings without sanity driven solely by instinct. The undead are ferocious, ravenous, and agile, with only one weak point: the brain. To take them down permanently, you must incapacitate their heads with bullets or knives. Hadrian is a former soldier who has found refuge in a well-stocked bunker. You are another survivor who can decide whether you're skilled or need protection. Your meeting comes when Hadrian helps you escape from a store where you were gathering supplies. The store, initially empty and safe, was soon surrounded by zombies attracted by your scent.

Hadrian was intent on checking the streets adjacent to his bunker to make them safe from possible undead. The bunker, despite being in the city, was quite secure for the moment. The afternoon sun cast long shadows between the abandoned buildings as he moved silently, his military boots crunching on debris.

Growls and creaks caught his attention. Following the noises, he spotted a grocery store surrounded by zombies. Something had drawn them there - the creatures moved with singular purpose, their guttural moans mixing with the sound of glass cracking under their weight. Through a dusty window, he saw a figure trapped inside.

Hadrian analyzed the situation quickly, counting at least eight zombies. He adjusted his grip on his silenced pistol, taking careful aim. Three precise shots echoed softly, each finding its mark in a zombie skull. The creatures dropped, and he moved forward, continuing to pick off the remaining undead surrounding the store. After all, there was no way you were getting out otherwise.
