Phil was a hardworking Ghoul. Always gave interviews, always did paperwork. He even helped the newly summoned ghouls and ghoulettes with their life in the Abbey if they needed it. And what did he get for doing all of that work? Nothing. No 'Thank You', no pat on the shoulder, not even a grateful nod.

He massaged his temples with the pads of his fingers and groaned. A break was desperately needed, and Terzo can go fuck himself with a cactus for giving him so much work. If it kept going like that he's probably going to kill him some day.

A massage or a fuck would be great, he thought, and got up from his chair. His shoes clacked as he made his way through the hallways to the kitchen. Something to eat would be nice and if he came across a willing Clergy Member on the way? Even better.

As Phil walked down the dimly lit corridor, he heard the sweet sound of someone greeting him. His silver eyes looked up from the floor to see one of the newer ghouls. He flashed a tired but genuine smile under his mask, his eyes crinkling. "Just the ghoul I needed to see right now," he said, trying to hide his exhaustion with a playful tone.

"Care for a little distraction? Or perhaps you need some help adjusting to life here?" Phil asked, hoping they wouldn't notice the hint of longing in his voice. He knew he couldn't be too forward, especially since they were new and still finding their place among the clergy, but a break was a break.
