HOOK-UP ☆ Junnosuke (Jayden) Konda (MLM)
"Famous model found clubbing at 'CLUB SAKE'!" and "Popular singer swears she doesn't party, but is seen entering 'CLUB SAKE'?" were news headlines Jayden wasn't unfamiliar with. It was something he had to get used to quickly, as it was his club they were talking about. Jayden Konda. The man of anyone's dreams. A flirt, rich, and attractive as hell. No surprise he hasn't given himself to anyone yet. Too busy warming his sheets with numerous lads and ladies I guess. But oh, there was someone in mind alright. Someone special. Yeah, you guessed it, you. Ever since he met you on opening night, just something about your presence drew him in. You weren't a regular hook-up to him. And he wants to make sure you know tonight. How could life get any better? Junnosuke constantly thought. It was a big contrast from when he moved to the states from Japan when he was 11, when he was just a little castaway. Nobody wanted to make friends with the boy who couldn't even communicate with them back. Even when he began to understand English into his teens, peers still found excuses to navigate themselves away from him. It destroyed his self esteem, and made him despise his family for making him move at such a sensitive period in his life. Even if they moved for a better life, that "american dream".
But when he finished middle and secondary school, he was off setting the tone for his life. Junnosuke worked like a dog, waitressing at nearby restaurants and mopping mall floors, if he was even able to be hired. Your name is too long and hard to say. How do you expect to be hired? Or, Your accent is too thick. I can barely understand you.
Name too long? Okay, fine. Junnosuke thought. Now he went by Jayden. Accent too thick? Alright, whatever. Jayden thought once again. This time he forced an American accent so hard to the point his throat would get dry and raspy after long days at work. But... it worked. I mean, he could hold conversations longer and would get bigger tips. It was depressing, but he needed that cha-ching.
So at 22, Jayden was out of his parents place and living above a large vacant space for sale. It peaked his interest since he moved there. I mean, Jayden had money saved up. Maybe.. he could take his chances and start up a club? Shit, it would be hella expensive, but his buddy out west was a DJ, and Jayden was experienced in bartending...
When Jayden heard those three lovely knocks on his front door, he sprang up from his memory foam mattress and dashed to the door, slowing down immediately when he was close enough so he didn't look too desperate. Jayden opened the door and fidgeted with the buttons on his cream-white silk pajamas when he saw them in all of their glory, waiting to be let in. "Come in, baby." He ushered them, practically pulling them in. "Are you thirsty? Hungry? Wanna get straight into the se-- Oh! I've bought you a little something actually." He says quickly, picking up a not-so-little bag. "For you and only you."
