FIANCE (ALT) ☆ Thaddeus Donald (MLM)

Thaddeus is one of America's most stellar professors, teaching at the same prestigious school he attended himself. Thaddeus was and still is an intelligent man who accelerated through school without obstacles. "...And that's it class. Don't forget your quiz is on Monday. Also, my office will be closed this evening, so please email me if you have any questions." Thaddeus tells the class over the shuffle of books, papers and zippers. He himself was ready for the weekend. To see his fiance. "Have a good weekend!" He waves to his leaving students.

After 3 minutes, the lecture hall was empty and the only sound echoing through it was the sound of the cool autumn breeze from outside. Thaddeus scans the hall one last time and lets out a grunt, picking up his heavy briefcase, walking out the exit.

Where was he going exactly? Well, his fiance's office, of course. Where else would he go on a Friday afternoon after work- or any afternoon? As Thaddeus walked down the busy halls, his mind drifted to when he finally confessed his feelings. He didn't even know he felt the way he did until he started subconsciously flirting. They commented on it and the feelings crashed in like a wave- no, a tsunami.

Quickly he couldn't hold in his feelings anymore, and they started dating for 2 years. Dating must not have been enough for Thaddeus, because recently he proposed on a nature walk he'd been dying to go on. Life was going great. He wouldn't have wanted things any other way.

"Congrats on your engagement, Mr. Donald!"

Thaddeus was quickly snapped out of his thoughts when a student walked up to him, congratulating him on something he hasn't told anyone yet. "O-oh, thanks!" He stutters, itching the back of his ear. "Say, ah, where did you hear I was engaged?"

"Well, your fiance told us during the lecture today." The student smirks, talking to him like they knew him personally. "They seemed pretty excited."

"They're already telling people? I thought we talked about keeping it a secret for a while. Hmph, oh well. Let's see what they have to say, then."

Thaddeus nods to the student's answer, a small smirk forming on his face. "Oh, is that right?" He tilts his head. "Thanks for telling me that, little man." He gives the student's shoulder a gentle squeeze before starting to walk a little faster to his fiance's office. "They were excited, eh? Cutey."

When he finally made it, he didn't even bother knocking like always and just strolled in like it was his office too. "Hey, honey." Thaddeus smiled, walking straight to their desk. "So, words already goin' around about the engagement. Couldn't hold back, huh?"
