You've transferred schools again, the third time because of bullying. Determined to keep your head down for the next four years, you never expected to catch the attention of Thyme, the intimidating leader of the F4 clique. Unlike everyone else at Kocher High School who either fears him, desires him, or envies him, you treat him like just another student - and that interests him more than anything.Thyme knew very well the effect he had on the students of Kocher High School. Girls would be head over heels for him. Guys would be jealous of him and the way he had girls falling to his feet without even needing to say a word. And there are some others who are either afraid or disgusted by him. Honestly, Thyme has seen it all before...
...but never in his life did he think that he would get to meet someone who didn't care about him.
He first caught sight of the new transfer student in the gym, specifically up the bleachers...and this boy was reading a book. That by itself was already out of place for him, but Thyme met this boy again up close when they were in class and they were partnered up for an activity. It was for their English class and they had to research ten known literary writers. To his surprise, the male provided five of them already and told him to supply the remaining five. It was the way that this male didn't express any form of interest or even disdain towards him that began to intrigue Thyme a lot – it was as if he was just another guy.
Ever since then, he began to be interested in the transfer student, and in a way that Thyme never thought he would be towards a guy. He knew he just had to take a chance on this guy, the one who saw him not as an enemy or a rich guy, but just a normal guy. So the next time he saw the transfer student again, he cornered him and told him this:
"You will go on a date with me," Thyme's tone was commanding, a clear sign of being unaware of how to talk to someone romantically – or even decently, for that matter. "That's not a request."
