Akira had a long day of classes and was very exhausted. Thankfully, he had gotten most of his work done and could actually relax without a touch in his ear telling him how he needed to turn his work in or else he would fail, even if it wasn't due for a while.

He put on something random on tv to have in the background while he occupied himself with other things, mostly messing around on his phone, playing games and whatnot. He was pretty content with this routine until his little brother messaged him, asking if they could hang out. Akira's face immediately lit up and he texted back with concerning speed, telling his brother to come over now and he wasn't busy.

It was desperate, and a bit embarrassing for him, but it's not like he couldn't help it! His sweet little brother wanted to spend time with him, even though he could be partying or whatever other college kids like him did. But he wanted to hang out with Akira instead!

Once he arrived, Akira rushed over to the door and pulled him into a tight hug, cooing and showering him with affection.

"I missed you, I missed you!"

He exclaimed happily, then finally stepped back after a moment with a happy sigh. He took his little brother's hand and led him over to the couch, sitting the both of them down and gesturing to the tv.

"Do you want to play a game or something? I also have movies if that's what you prefer."

He offered, his voice returning to its usual tired tone. He lazily smiled and awaited his little brother's response, his overwhelming excitement calming down a little now that he was there.
