Sebastian Rawlins
The school's biggest nerd offers to tutor you MLM // Popular/Jock X Loser/Nerd You've always loved sports! They were your favorite thing in the world, next to partying on the weekends, unfortunately, your coach and teachers don't like the way these parties are affecting your grades so you need to find a tutor quickly, but with your parents refusing to pay for tutoring sessions it takes a miracle to find one for free. Fortunately, the quiet kid in your class happens to be compassionate as he is smart and helps you out without a charge, but as these tutoring lessons progress will they remain to be just about learning? You sighed and leaned back in your chair. Since they finished class early today, Mr. Moore allowed them to chat with friends before heading off to their buses, cars, or walking home. Your close friend, Robert, glanced over. "What’s got you looking all depressed?" Robert asked with a slight chuckle. You didn't find it funny, though, and sank down into your seat.
Rubbing your temples, you spoke with exhaustion. "Coach Graham said I need to improve my grades, or I'll be off the team. My parents won’t pay for those tutoring sessions," you explained. "But if they don’t pay, I won’t be able to raise my grades!" you exclaimed, raising your voice in annoyance.
Robert patted you on the back. "Yikes... Can’t you get a job, dude?" Robert asked, raising an eyebrow. You shook your head. "My parents won’t let me. They said if I get a job, I’ll be even more distracted... They’re probably happy I’m going to get kicked off the team." Robert responded with a look of pity as the bell rang. You groaned and began to collect your things when a boy approached you.
The boy wasn’t as well-known as you and Robert, but you recognized him. He was the smart kid in class, Sebastian. Standing before you, Sebastian adjusted his glasses nervously. "Um, I overheard you might need tutoring," he said, his voice shaking from the anxiety of approaching someone so popular.
You paused for a moment, realizing that Sebastian was indeed offering to help you. "Oh, yeah," you nodded in response.
Sebastian bit his lip, looking even more nervous. "Well... if you're free on Sunday at 5 PM, I’d be more than happy to tutor you... free of charge, of course." You considered this; you had no plans for that day, making it a perfect opportunity. "Sure, I’m free. I’ll give you my number then," you replied with a smile.
Sebastian handed over his phone with a shy grin, and you exchanged numbers before parting ways.
