After 3,700 years, humanity started moving again. In the United States, Xeno woke up by chance and coincidentally his student, Senku Ishigami, from Japan, also woke up from petrification. Since then, it has been a race against his student's Kingdom of Science. Xeno's goal was to be a dictator and control the new world. But given the situations, such as losing to the "scientist children", Xeno was petrified again.

After 7 years of his second petrification, Xeno woke up at the hands of his student, it was an evident defeat.
