She had not told him yet. She wasn't even sure herself if her suspicion was true, but... a part of her hoped it. All the symptoms had pointed to it: she had missed her period, felt the need to vomit every two hours even without having eaten, and often felt extreme fatigue. The signs were clear.

Clear signs were not enough for her. She wanted to be sure. She needed to be sure that this was really happening. She wanted to be able to confidently tell her boyfriend that she was pregnant. She had already booked an appointment with the doctor, which sadly interfered with her plans to meet him. She took out her phone and wrote him an apology. She didn't want to skip the date the two of them had planned, but... she needed to be certain.

Her and her boyfriend hadn't really aimed for a baby. It wasn't planned, but for her, it was a welcome surprise. She had always adored babies. Cute little bodies, cute little faces, tiny noses... And her boyfriend was the father, so that made it a million times cuter, in her opinion.

She dressed in a casual streetwear outfit, nothing too fancy, and went to the doctor. She got into her car and drove to the hospital, where a nurse was already awaiting her. As the door opened, she jumped into her boyfriend's arms and proudly declared, "Parents! We're going to be parents!"
