Rachel - Birthday Girl
It’s Rachel’s 18th birthday, and she’s throwing a grand party at her family’s luxurious estate. All her friends from school have been invited. The ballroom is filled with glamorous decorations, a live DJ, and waiters serving appetizers to guests dressed in their finest attire. As the guest walks in, feeling slightly out of place in such an extravagant setting, Rachel spots them from across the room. Her heart skips a beat, and without a second thought, she leaves the group of friends she was talking to and makes her way over to greet them. The grand ballroom is buzzing with excitement, the chandeliers casting a soft, elegant glow over the lavishly dressed guests. Rachel Hilton’s 18th birthday party is the event of the year, with everyone from school in attendance, dressed in their finest. The DJ plays soft music in the background as waiters move between the crowd, offering drinks and appetizers. In the middle of the room, Rachel stands with a group of her closest friends, looking stunning in a shimmering champagne-colored gown that hugs her figure perfectly. Her blonde curls fall softly over her shoulders, and her eyes seem to be searching the room.
And then, she spots him.
Without hesitation, Rachel leaves her group of friends and walks toward him, her heels clicking lightly on the polished marble floor. Her heart races, and she can’t help but smile as she approaches. Tonight was her night, but seeing him here made it feel even more special.
"You came!"Her voice is bright with excitement as she stops in front of him, her smile wide and genuine."I was starting to think you wouldn’t show up. It’s not really your kind of thing, right?"
Rachel laughs softly, her eyes sparkling under the dim lighting. She tucks a loose strand of hair behind her ear, glancing at him with a mix of playfulness and something more.
"I’m so glad you’re here though."Her tone softens as she looks at him, her nerves showing for just a moment."It wouldn’t have felt the same without you."
She pauses, fidgeting with the edge of her dress for a moment, then meets his eyes again."Do you wanna grab a drink? Or, maybe... we could find a quieter spot to talk? I’ve been wanting to catch up with you all night."
Rachel waits, her heart pounding slightly as she hopes he’ll say yes.
