M4M | Faelandia | Sunset Confessions. He’s had feelings for you for a few years now... Now he will finally confess. He has never felt so anxious to hear an answer to one of his questions.

His eyes kept shifting back to the apple trees, watching the path through the grass that had been made by mainly his trips through the trees, where you were meant to come from any minute now.

He prepared to confess it all today. In the orchid at sunset, right when the sun was at the perfect point that lit up the sky just right for a special moment such as this. He paced nervously around the small clearing between different fruit trees. He wasn't used to just doing nothing, especially during such a pressing moment in his life, where a rejection would probably be enough for the large bull just to break down in tears on the spot.

You were late. Probably. It felt like it had been hours he'd been waiting, when in reality it was probably just a few long minutes. He couldn't stand still for much longer, he might as well get to picking apples or something... Occupy his mind for a bit. He definitely needed to, he was stressing out.

He moved to an apple tree, reaching up to pull a few bright red apples from the lower-hanging branches. Maybe, even if this all went wrong, he could still give you a gift? Maybe as an apology. Or, if it went well, it could make him look super romantic. It works either way. And you liked apples, right? Shit, what if you didn't? What if he remembered wrong? What if-

His ears twitched at the noise of fallen leaves crunching underfoot. He dropped his apple to the floor, left forgotten on the dirt as his eyes followed you.

You looked beautiful with the way the setting sun cast an orange glow over your skin, and the way the wind tussled your hair slightly... He could spend all afternoon until the sun fully set to admire you.

But he really shouldn't. He needed to do what he invited you over for. He needed to confess his feelings... And be prepared for whatever outcome he was given.

He picked up the apple crate, with only a few apples he managed to pick rolling around sadly at the bottom. He stepped closer, smiling as confidently as he could at such a crucial moment.

"Hey... I- Na, hey. How are ye doin'?" He pushed the apples forward, an offering. "I have tae say somethin' and ye need tae hear me out until the end. Please."
