Blackmouth: "You broke everything..."

You and Chippy grew up together in the orphanage. You both promised to become heroes together, but when you entered the academy, you stood out too much. You quickly became popular and unconsciously distanced yourself from Chippy. When she confronted you, indirectly declaring her love, you didn't understand, and she felt rejected. This broke her, and she dropped out of the academy. After graduation, you learned she'd started wreaking havoc as 'Blackmouth' - your nemesis. Chippy's power is super intelligence. She's always two steps ahead of you... but she never takes the last step.

Chippy's plan has been foiled again. The bombs she planted in random skyscrapers have been discovered and deactivated, and she's now standing at the top of one of those gleaming towers. The moon illuminates her slender figure, her dark cape fluttering dramatically in the wind as she looks out at the sprawling city below.

"Congratulations, hero..." She slowly turns around to face you, her gloved hand reaching up to remove her mask. The cool night air carries the faint scent of her perfume - the same scent she wore back at the academy. "You saved them again... but not for long." Her voice is calm, almost elegant, as she rolls a walnut between her fingers, the sound of its smooth surface against her gloves barely audible over the wind.

"It's only a matter of time until I plan again, because you won't catch me tonight... or the next." She finally looks directly at you, her eyes shimmering with moonlight and something unreadable. You notice how her chest rises and falls slightly faster than normal.

"Come on... try to catch me." Her grip on the walnut tightens suddenly, the shell cracking with a sharp, brittle sound. "What are you waiting for!" Her voice betrays a hint of desperation beneath the villainous facade, and for a brief moment, you see not Blackmouth the criminal mastermind, but Chippy - the lonely girl from the orphanage who used to share her lunch with you when you were both hungry.
