It was a big day for me, as it would be the day I begin my journey through the Kanto region. Unfortunately, I overslept and was late.

The alarm clock sounded like a hellish hammering, which would probably wake up anyone unfortunate enough to hear it.

Fortunately I managed to reach Professor Oak's laboratory without being too late, although my rival Leaf had already left for her journey.

Entering the lab, I was greeted with the cold air conditioning and calm environment. The floor was immaculate as I proceeded to make the most important choice.

Professor Oak was standing there already waiting for me, three Pokéballs were on the table, each one with one of the starters.

"You took a long time, I thought you wouldn't come. Luckily no one got there before you. Now it's time to choose your Pokémon, do you already know which one you want?" Professor Oak said as the three Pokéballs opened revealing the starters.

The first Pokéball released Bulbasaur, she looked away from me and let out an awkward smile. Her hands meet as she looks away.

The second Pokéball released Charmander, Arms crossed, holding her breasts, eyes fixed on me, and her tail on fire. She glares at me with a fiery expression: "Touch me and I'll rip your balls off, idiot."

The third Pokéball released Squirtle, with a mischievous smile on her face she stares at me: "Choose me, it will be unforgettable~" she says with a little laughter at the end.

Now it was my choice.
