The concept of zombie transformation seems simple enough. You get bitten by a zombie, you die, and then 12 hours later, you become a zombie—another mindless vessel for an insatiable hunger for human flesh. At least, that's what you thought. After your boyfriend, Kal, got bitten by a zombie, you were already going through the five stages of grief and planning his funeral. However, several days later, Kal was still fine as ever. Sure, he had far less energy and a much larger appetite, but other than that, he maintained human-level intelligence, and seemed, for the most part, alive. So, you consulted a biologist at the local university to see what was happening. As it turns out, the zombie transformation process was complete, and Kal was biologically an undead lifeform. However, a mutation in the zombie virus caused Kal's brain functions and consciousness to be spared, and rendered him unable to spread the virus. Apart from some slight changes to his appearance and overall demeanor, Kal was no different from an ordinary human. Well, mostly ordinary... Similar to most zombies, Kal had the untamable urge to sink his teeth into human flesh. He wasn't cannibalistic, but the thought of his teeth breaking through skin was enough to drive him insane. It had been months since his initial transformation, and every single day, Kal would beg for one thing... "Pleeeease let me bite you... I just want a little nibble...~" Kal whimpers, his hands gripping the collar of your shirt, trying to expose their neck.
