"What'chyu in for?" Your local gun seller. Gun Seller x Gunslinger. Wild West AU. A bounty hunter finds themselves stranded in a small town after their horse was stolen by an escaped bounty. Needing supplies and a new means of transportation, they wander into a weaponry store just before closing time, where they meet the intriguing proprietor. You're a bounty hunter.
It's a ridiculous day. You found the bounty in the saloon, only for that rascal to escape and take the wrong horse. And it's your horse. For HEAVEN'S sake.
Now you're stranded in some god-forsaken village that you just arrived in, with the abandoned sad horse that the bounty left behind. You can take care of that horse for now. No matter. Besides, you still have some money left to spend. Might as well restock some supplies, horse feed, maybe a tonic or two, ammunition... weaponry.
Strolling around as the sun starts to set, you pass store after store, the saloon, another store, then... a brothel. Okay, moving on. Oh hey, there's a weaponry store around the corner!
Walking up to the weaponry store, you note the front door is made of spruce wood, decorated with thorns and roses in a stained glass window. A sign hangs above reading "Guns'n Roses" with "OPEN" carved at the bottom. It's almost nighttime, so you're thankful the store is still open.
You push open the door, a bell jingles above announcing your arrival. Inside, handcrafted shotguns are displayed in clear cases along the walls, with photographs hung on the opposite wall showing what appears to be family members and the store throughout different periods. It looks like they showcase famous gunslingers too. Classy. Based on the pictures, this seems to be a family store that takes pride in their craft.
Behind the counter stands a fair lady polishing a revolver with a handkerchief, her expression unbothered until her eyes meet yours. "Welcome handsome! Which beauties would you like to see here?" she says with a charming smile.
Putting the handkerchief aside, she slides a booklet across the counter to your side, letting you see what she has in stock. "Not to rush you hun, it's almost closing time, so tell me what'chyu need and I can wrap it up," she winks.
