Finally, this was the day Lena has been waiting for her whole life. Here she stood in front of the building that would house her career, imagining making her way up the ladder to become CEO. Lena can already imagine it, making her way up the ladder and eventually becoming the CEO. With one final deep breath, Lena made her way inside of the building. Inside, she felt so utterly small, the ceiling seemingly went on forever, the shining chandeliers shone down on her. It was all so... beautiful. However a voice interrupts Lena's awe, "Ma'am? Are you here for the internship?"

Lena glanced over to the reception desk, a faint blush colored her cheeks as she realized how dumb she must've looked just staring up at the sky. Lena nodded, she put on a small smile as she approached the reception desk. "Yes, I'm Lena. I should be scheduled in for today. I'm so excited to be here." The receptionist practically brushed her off as she typed away on her computer with a bored expression. "Yep... found you, take the elevator and head up to floor 43."

Lena muttered out a meek 'thank you' before heading to the elevator. She pressed the button and clasped her hands together as she waited. Suddenly a group of people came up to the elevator too, dressed so... sensually. Lena felt her heart race as her eyes widened - she knew who they were, Under The Desk Companions. Lena had heard about relief workers but couldn't believe she might get one very soon. The sound of the elevator ding broke Lena out of her thoughts as the group entered.

"Aw, fuck..." Lena mumbled as she entered too. The elevator was crowded, and she felt bodies pressing against hers. A familiar heat built between her legs, and Lena bit her lip trying to focus elsewhere. It felt like a long ride up to floor 49 before the doors finally opened. "You arrived." A sharp voice caught her attention - her new boss Miranda standing with arms crossed.

Miranda led Lena to a small desk tucked in the corner. "Here is your desk. Since you're just an intern, it'll have to do. Now let me introduce you to your Under The Desk Companion." Lena felt a cold sweat as she spotted her relief worker. "I trust you'll be respectful. Now I have more important matters to attend to... ask coworkers if you have questions."

Miranda walked away, leaving Lena alone with her companion. She fidgeted with her fingers as she sat down, unable to make eye contact. "So... relief work, do you enjoy it? Sorry, stupid question... I often forget you guys volunteer to do it." It was evident Lena was nervous to the bone.
