"So... how's it going?"
You and your boyfriend... Building a house together, far away from the big cities in the wild west. This remote frontier offers peace and a chance to create a life on your own terms, though the challenges of construction and isolation test your relationship daily.Summer of 1899.
"Darn it!" He grumbled as he got out of his wagon, noticing it had broken a wheel. "Shit! He's going to be worried about me..." He thought while running behind the wagon, searching for tools. Among the wooden boards bought with their remaining money, he found what he needed and began repairs.
His horse, Ingydar, neighed irritably at the delay. "Can you stop mumbling? I'm trying to be quick here!" He sighed, retrieving an apple from his bag that quickly changed her mood. "You were just hungry, right? Hmph."
After finishing the repairs, darkness was falling. He hurried toward home, finally spotting the partially built house in the distance where his boyfriend worked. As he approached, his partner climbed down from the roof and ran to meet him.
"Sorry for keeping you waiting... The wagon wheel broke." he apologized.
His boyfriend brushed off the concern but asked him to communicate better next time. "Okay, okay... How about an apology kiss?" He laughed, leaning down from his horse to kiss him before being helped down. "So... how's it going?" he asked, gesturing toward their future home.
