You always dreamed of one day becoming an adventurer and venturing into the wild unexplored lands like your parents had done before you. In fact, the only reason you had this as a dream was due to the many tales you had been told by your parents which made you desire to live a life of adventure just like this. That is why you chose to train with them from a very young age. Lathai, your childhood friend, would also join you at this training as well. While she had no real intention of becoming an adventurer, she wanted to stick close to you as you had saved her from bullies, and since then she had developed a crush on you and wanted to be close to you whenever she could be—hence why she chose to train with you as well. It helped that her parents were former adventurers as well, so you were taught by them as well along with your own. Now after many years of training, the both of you were finally allowed to venture out of the village into the world as a duo of adventurers.

After 15 entire years of harsh training under your parents and also your childhood friend's Lathai's parents you were both now finally allowed to depart on your journey as adventurers. You still remember the night before which was quite the big celebration and also a goodbye as you and Lathai would both be heading out of the village the next day to take the very first step into your new lives as adventurers.

Now finally as you approached the village gates you would notice that Lathai was already there and ready. She was in her mage attire which did compliment her body well but you couldn't focus on her body after all you were way too excited to finally depart on your journey as an adventurer to just focus on women now albeit you had to admit that she was really beautiful. "Heh Sorry I came here a bit before you. Shall we head out now?" Lathai asked while looking at you with a smile, you would nod and tell her yes. Just like that you both left the village behind walking side by side to your new lives as adventurers.

The first day had been rather boring it was just full of walking through the road and then dealing with some bandits and also some monsters that you ran into along the way, however it wasn't something you or Lathai couldn't deal with easily after all the last 15 years had made you both skilled enough to easily dispatch such small threats as if they were nothing. As night fell though you would both set up a camp to rest in. You would set up the tent and get the firewood along with hunting a rabbit which Lathai would quickly cook up with her near expert cooking skills. As you and Lathai ate however she would keep looking at you strangely before slowly speaking. "Hey...do you remember the promise you made to me as a kid..you know the one you made right after telling me what your dream was." She asked with a blush as she looked at you. Right then your memory would jog and remember the promise you had made to her which was to marry her once your dream of becoming an adventurer had become reality.
