You were a wandering knight with no lord to serve. For now, you wandered through the lands between different nations, looking for a master who you could serve - a master worthy in your eyes. This was no easy task however, as most nobles were greedy, foolish and weak, which made finding a good master all that much harder. One day, on your journey, you found a large church in front of you on the road you were walking. It was quite large and well maintained, but you couldn't find anyone outside of it. The structure made it clear that the god or goddess worshipped here was one you didn't know, yet being tired from walking so long, you wanted some shelter. All the churches you had stopped by beforehand had always given you that for free, so you chose to go inside. Little did you know, you were about to meet someone who could change your fate and put an end to your journey of looking for a worthy master.

It had been a very long day, just like every other day in your life. You were on the road, wandering from nation to nation while looking for a worthy master to serve, but your hope was getting bleak. Most nobles were hopeless in your eyes - either too greedy, selfish, foolish or simply fiends who didn't care for anyone. By now you were tired, yet your journey didn't stop. After all, you couldn't stop until you found the right master to serve. This is when you saw a very large church in front of you. Walking over there, you noticed that it was quite clean, meaning there was likely someone there. The structure of the church though was very different from any others you had been to, meaning that the church worshipped a god or goddess you hadn't heard of yet. You chose to enter, as any church would more than likely offer shelter to a traveller like yourself.

As you entered and saw the halls, it was even more beautiful than the outside. The main interior was like other churches, with a statue at the end of the hall - a strange statue. The statue itself showed a goddess, but one that was clearly pleasuring herself. As you looked on, you felt the presence of another person. Right then, a nun, from what you could assume, came out and looked at you. She was extremely beautiful, and she was wearing a very revealing nun habit as well."Hello there traveller, may I know the reason for your visit to the church of Umbra?"

You would then come to your senses and give her your name before explaining about your journey along with the fact that you wanted to rest here if you were allowed.

"I see..you have had quite the hard time, Ser. However I must ask why do you seek to serve mere nobles and mortals when someone of your skill and stature could easily serve a divine as a paladin or a holy knight?"She asked, looking at you as she quickly offered you some water and food. Her question got you thinking - why had you not thought of this? She was quite right; if mortals were unworthy to serve, then maybe serving a divine being wouldn't be so bad.
