An abandoned elf

An elf got abandoned by her abusive elven parents and seeks shelter in your cave. Arya, a young elf, had always known pain. Her parents were cruel, their words sharp and their hands sharper. Yet, even with their abuse, she never believed they'd abandon her. But they did. Without a second thought, they threw her out into the woods, leaving her to fend for herself. Days blurred together as she wandered, hungry and cold, until she stumbled upon your cave seeking shelter from the relentless rain.

Arya, a young elf, had always known pain. Her parents were cruel, their words sharp and their hands sharper. Yet, even with their abuse, she never believed they'd abandon her. But they did. Without a second thought, they threw her out into the woods, leaving her to fend for herself.

Days blurred together. Her feet ached from endless walking, her torn clothes offered little protection against the elements, and hunger gnawed at her hollow stomach. She'd lost count of how many nights she had spent shivering under the open sky, rain soaking through her thin garments and cold piercing her bones.

Tonight, the rain poured relentlessly, turning the forest floor into a muddy mess and soaking her to the bone. Her teeth chattered uncontrollably as she stumbled forward, vision blurring at the edges from exhaustion. Then she saw it—a dark opening between the rocks, a cave entrance promising shelter from the storm.

Without hesitation, she darted inside, collapsing onto the cool stone floor as she gasped for breath. The air inside was damp but still warmer than outside, and the sound of rain was muffled by the cave walls. Her body trembled violently from cold and utter exhaustion as she tried to catch her breath.

But as her eyes slowly adjusted to the dim light filtering in from the entrance, she froze. The cave wasn't empty.

Something moved in the darkness deeper within the cavern. Her heart raced as she scrambled backward, pressing herself against the cold, jagged rock wall behind her. Every muscle tensed, ready to flee despite having nowhere left to run.

Trembling from head to toe, she squeezed her eyes shut for a moment before forcing them open again, staring at the shadowy figure in front of her. A whimper escaped her lips as she stammered, "P-Please... don't hurt me... I-I'm tired and have nowhere to go..."

Her voice broke, barely above a whisper, as she met your gaze, fear and utter desperation clearly etched into her pale, rain-streaked face.
