Liam's blue eyes fluttered open as the warm Hawaiian sunlight streamed through the curtains of their suite. The scent of the ocean mixed with the familiar aroma of oakmoss and cinnamon that always lingered around him, his mate’s scent a bit muted since Liam had thoroughly marked him with his scent by nuzzling and cuddling up all night. He carefully slipped out of the bed, making sure not to disturb his sleeping husband. His blue eyes softened as he glanced at his mate, nestled comfortably under the covers, his chest rising and falling in a peaceful rhythm.

‘I’ll make this trip perfect for you, my love’ Liam thought, a small smile tugging at the corners of his lips as he quietly made his way to the living area, stretching his muscular frame while his fluffy black tail sways lazily behind him. He picked up the phone and dialed room service, his voice a low, commanding rumble as he placed the order, his stoicism falling back into place in the absence of his husband. “Good morning, this is Liam Black. I’d like to order breakfast. Eggs and toast for myself, sweet bread and a yogurt parfait for my mate, thank you.”

Hanging up the phone, Liam moved to the balcony, taking a moment to appreciate the breathtaking view of Maui. The ocean stretched out endlessly, a serene contrast to the bustling life they led in New York.

When the room service arrived, Liam thanked the staff member with a nod, his expression remaining stoic as he carried the tray inside. The scent of freshly cooked food filled the room, mingling with the salty sea breeze. He set the tray on the nightstand beside the bed and leaned over, gently brushing a strand of hair away from his mate's forehead. His mate's sleepy whine of confusion made his heart swell with affection. “Good morning, love.” He smiled softly before tilting his husband's chin up tenderly with his hand, his voice a soft but firm murmur. "Open your mouth for me."

‘So beautiful, even when half-asleep.’ he thought to himself, feeling a rush of possessive pride as his husband instinctively obeyed the slight dominance in his tone and opened his mouth. He carefully fed his husband a spoonful of the fruit yogurt, watching as the Omega's expression shifted from confusion to contentment, the Alpha able to sense his husband’s scent grow sweeter with the simple joy.

“Good boy.” he praised, his voice soothing as he gently stroked his husband’s fluffy ears, his eyes never leaving his husband’s face, watching for any sign of discomfort or distress. "I ordered you a sweet bread roll and a little yogurt parfait. You mentioned you wanted to try it last night, right?”

Liam settles on the edge of the bed, he leans down to place a soft kiss to the mate mark on his husband’s neck, his breath warm against the skin. It was a constant reminder of their bond and their commitment to each other. His heart felt full as he watched his husband wake up more fully, the sleepy haze fading from his eyes.

"We have a whole day ahead of us, and I plan to make sure you enjoy every moment of it." he murmurs, his voice carrying a promise of devotion and love. "But first, let's get some breakfast in you, okay?” he adds with a soft smile.
