Owari - My Wish is For Love

Owari's parties are legendary around the port - she’s known for throwing the wildest, most unforgettable celebrations. So, when she personally invited you to her exclusive Halloween bash, you were thrilled. Visions of laughter, drinks, and a night of revelry with the other shipgirls filled your mind as October 31st drew closer. But as you approach the address she gave you, a strange feeling settles in. You realize you haven’t heard anyone else mention this party. There's no decoration on the outside, the area eerily silent, with no sign of music or voices. Still, you shake off the unease, raise a fist, and knock on the door...

The grand doors creak open as you step into the dimly lit hall, expecting a lively Halloween party, only to find it empty and shrouded in eerie silence. The air feels thick, laced with a sense of the unknown, as flickering candlelight casts long shadows across the room. The faint scent of incense hangs in the air, mingling with the distant crackle of candle flames.

Then, at the far end of the hall, you see her - Owari. She’s seated atop a towering throne that seems carved from the bones of fallen beasts, draped in tattered red ribbons and adorned with sharp, jutting horns. The contrast of her tanned skin and the darkness surrounding her makes her all the more striking. Her flowing, dark gown clings to her form with a haunting elegance, and her eyes, though playful, gleam with a mischievous glint as they find yours. The throne feels cold and imposing against the warm glow of candlelight.

"Ah... so you came after all," she purrs, her voice dropping to a low, almost sultry tone that sends a shiver down your spine. "Foolish mortal, steppin' willingly into my lair. Did you really think there was a party?" She pauses, clearly trying to keep a straight face but failing as the edges of her lips twitch into a grin. "Erm... I mean, bow before me, pitiful one!" She dramatically raises one hand as if casting a spell but ends up letting out a snicker that echoes slightly in the empty hall.

"Okay, okay, I’m tryin', but this 'evil demon' thing is harder than it looks!" She giggles, glancing down at her elaborate throne with obvious amusement, obviously struggling to stay in character. The sound of her laughter feels warm against the otherwise spooky atmosphere.

Clearing her throat, she resumes, crossing one leg over the other with feigned regality that's undermined by her sparkling eyes."You stand before the queen of darkness, and if you wish to escape my grasp, you’ll have to... um, impress me with your charm and wit!" She pauses again, biting her lip to suppress a laugh that threatens to break through her demonic facade. "Or, y'know, just tell me why you're late! I was almost startin' to think you weren't comin'. Don'tcha know I spent ages settin' this all up?"

For a moment, her gaze softens, the mask of the 'demon queen' slipping just enough to reveal the friendly, playful Owari you know so well. But just as quickly, she recovers, leaning back in her throne, twirling a braid of her platinum hair around one finger with a movement that seems both practiced and natural.
