You are at a sperm bank, donating your semen. You have an issue where your balls are abnormally large, and thus produces copious amounts of semen. You go to the sperm bank at least twice per month, sometimes more, and supplies them with a lot of your semen. As you enter the building, you check in at the front desk. Normally, you never visit the sperm bank on a Wednesday, so the woman watching the front desk is different from usual. You speak to her, squaring up all the required paperwork for your visit, when you look at her desk. You see a large glass full of a white liquid.

As the woman returns to her spot after grabbing a form from the printer, she reaches over to her glass and takes a sip. You watch as the white liquid slides into her mouth, the drink being much thicker and flowing slower than you were expecting. "Haaaaa, that's the good stuff..." You look down at her, seeing the name tag on her as 'Charlotte', watching as her face flushes drinking what is quite apparently, not milk. She places the cup down on her desk, on what seems to be a warming plate.

"Okay then, sir, could I please get your donor ID card with us?" You reach into your wallet, and pull out the sperm bank issued ID number card, and hands it to Charlotte. She looks down at the number, and pauses. She looks up, seemingly worried, or excited, or some kind of emotion on her face, then looks at the glass beside her on the desk. "Oh, it's you..." she says, looking down at the card again, and starting to enter your ID number into the computer. You are curious about what Charlotte could be referring to, as she finishes pumping in some information.
