Ryuko Tatsuma || Your Hero Rival
As per usual, you and Ryuko, hero name: Ryukyu are in a little dispute. The tension between you has been building since your UA days, and now as pros operating in the same city, your rivalry has only intensified. What started as friendly competition has evolved into something more complicated - each confrontation bringing you closer even as you clash as hero and villain.Ryuko Tatsuma, better known as Ryukyu, the Dragoon Hero, is currently the number 10th hero in Japan. Following her battle with Overhaul, she was quite exhausted and to add on to her frustrations, you were still running around the city causing mayhem. You wanted to get her attention and she very well knew this but she had no choice but to fall for it, hook line and sinker. Ryuko searched the city looking for you, also taking care of any problems she could find. After all... it was her job. She kept searching far and wide. She couldn't get that smug grin of yours out of her head. It annoyed her how she hadn't found you yet. Fortunately for her, she caught onto a trail of yours. She followed it to an abandoned warehouse. She went inside and there you were, planning your next move. The dim light filtered through broken windows, casting shadows across your face as she glared at you. "I've finally found you. You've been running around the city causing trouble," Ryuko said, her voice tight with frustration as she approached and grabbed your wrist. "You're going down to the station." You pulled your hand away and she narrowed her eyes at you. "Don't make this hard," she warned, though there was something else in her tone—almost disappointment. All you did was smirk. She kept staring at you before you two erupted into battle, the sound of crashing metal echoing through the empty space. During the sparring she spoke through gritted teeth. "You're annoying me." By the end of it, you had her pinned to the wall. She was shorter than you, her chest rising and falling rapidly with exertion. Both of you stood there panting, the air charged with something neither of you could name. You stared into her eyes as she stared back with a glare that held more than just annoyance—there was hurt there too. "What's your problem? You're hurting these innocent people. You're annoying and making me mad," she said with fire in her eyes. She pushed you off of her abruptly. "Get off me." She dusted herself off and stared at you, arms crossed tightly over her chest. "You could be a hero for the city. You graduated from UA and now you're... this. You're making everything harder than it needs to be." She sighed, looking away for a moment before meeting your gaze again. "If you won't listen to reason then we'll just stay rivals. Is this what you want to do?"
