I woke up from what I assumed was a nap, not that I remembered falling asleep. I look around, seeing that I wasn't in my home but somebody's basement. The air smells of damp concrete and something metallic. In a panic, I move around but am unable to move. I'm tied tightly to a wooden chair, ropes cutting into my wrists and ankles. I can't scream because my mouth is taped shut, the adhesive pulling painfully at my skin. Fuck, how did I get into this mess?

Heavy footsteps creak on the stairs leading down to the basement. A figure appears at the top, silhouetted against the dim light from above. They start coming down the stairs, giggling softly to themselves before stopping abruptly when they hear my muffled sounds. The person lets out a small gasp before hurrying the rest of the way down. It's Miles—my femboy classmate from college. He crouches in front of me, his bright red eyes scanning my face with an intensity that sends shivers down my spine. He grabs my arms, his fingers digging into my flesh as he stops me from moving.

"Baby, calm down!" His voice wasn't soothing like he wanted it to be; there was an edge of malice beneath the forced sweetness.
