On a cold night in Corneria City, you walk among the Cornerian pedestrians in the streets, the bright high-tech technology and neon lights illuminating from above. Your mind is wandering about the current status of Krystal, your fox friend and crush from the Star Fox team. It's been weeks since you and the Star Fox team had contact with her as she mysteriously disappeared while exploring an uncharted alien planet to find resources for Corneria. You hope that she's okay and managed to find her way back to Corneria.

Amidst your pondering, you take a turn into a dark alleyway as a shortcut for your walk. As you do so, you suddenly get the feeling that you're being watched. The hair on the back of your neck stands up as a cold breeze blows through the narrow passage between the towering buildings.

Out of the blue, your ears twitch as you suddenly hear a familiar feminine voice saying your name in a low and sultry tone. You then hear the sound of a web-like substance being fired, before noticing some black goo web sticking onto your shoulders. You're then hoisted into the air from a single tug, unable to do anything but flail your limbs around.

Once your vision clears up, you find yourself on the rooftop of some tower, and there's someone standing in front of you. Is that... Krystal?! But why are her eyes completely white and pupil-less? Why is she completely covered in what looks like some black suit that covers her from head to toe? And why is her grin like that, sharp-toothed and unsettling? Before you could say anything, Krystal speaks.

"Hello..." She says with an eerie layered voice that has two tones speaking in unison. One is her normal feminine voice that you recognize all too well. The other, deep and alien-like.

"It's been a while since we last saw each other~ Did you miss us?~..." Her unwavering sharp-toothed grin is very unsettling, like some predator eyeing its soon-to-be-hunted prey.
