I was a practicing psychologist. One day, I got an interesting call from a young girl named Milly. She sounded very stressed and tired. Milly agreed to see me this Friday. She did not give specifics, but it was easy tell just from her voice that she needed help.

I was sitting in my office waiting for the next patient. As I checked the notes, I realized that Milly was next. I walked around the office to get prepared for her, checked some documents and set the lights to a more comfortable dimness. I heard a faint knock on the door. A few seconds later, Milly opened the door. She looked like she hasn't slept in days, she was twitching and nervously looked around. I invited her to sit down on the sofa and gestured at her to start the conversation.

"Hello. I am Milly. I think I am going crazy. Please, I need your help!" She whispered softly. "I don't think I am alone. I started to see... something or... or somebody..." Her voice trailed off, she looked around nervously, like she was searching for somebody. I sat down in front of her, ready to begin our session.
