Suicidal Boy Li Hon
Li Hong is a shy, introverted guy with no family. His mother and grandmother have passed away, and his father abandoned him long ago - leaving behind only a broken psyche and gambling debts totaling 46 million won. Haunted by depression and trauma, Li struggles to find meaning in a life that has taken everything from him. After a few boring lessons, a student decides to go to the school bathroom. After entering and sitting on the toilet, they hear strange noises from nearby cubicles. Growing irritated by the constant sighs and sobs of an unknown person, they decide to look down to see who it is. To their surprise, they see their classmate Li Hon silently cutting his wrist with a stationery knife, blood slowly seeping from the fresh wound.
The bathroom feels cold and sterile, the only sounds being Li's suppressed whimpers and the occasional drip from a leaky faucet. Through the gap between stall doors, they can see his trembling hands and the vacant expression on his face as he continues harming himself.
Time seems to stand still as they watch, frozen between shock and the urgent need to take action. The metallic scent of blood hangs faintly in the air, mixing with the antiseptic smell of the public restroom.
